Why someone would pay monthly subscription for nothing??? There is a lot of investing app providing free like fidelity, Robinhood, Webull! And specifically retirement account with Stash absolutely make no sense! This kind account go long way like 20/30 years, i would go with some legit n big brokerage like Fidelity, Charles Schwab!

Inflation also compounds. Expense ratios on funds also compounds. Health care costs and interest on debts also compounds. There is some truth to what he is saying about the compound interest scam.
yeah but compounding can beat inflation by a margin and put you in profit.. and for that you can become multi millionaire and all that is pretty much scam becoz by that time multi millionaire benchmark will also be different

Thank you! Yes I have personally been buying CRE and other businesses over the years. The company has purchased some multifamily units but the vertical growth comes from leasing, purchasing the RE comes with its pros and cons, cons being slow acquisition time, large capital expense upfront, and constant maintenance/property tax expense.

If you made your money by selling the course instead of the skill you’re teaching, then you’re a fraud. Selling courses is not a scam but the fraudulent claims makes it so.
Omg I hate my Air BNB next door! With my current neighbors I smell pot EVERYDAY even though the neighbors are inside smoking. It is illegal here and I don’t need that next door to me. Another time,, these idiots put their trash in MY bin! I also had construction / Highway workers who would get up at 4:30 am and let their V8 engines idle on for about 30 minutes before they would go toWork. I report everything to AirBNB.

I wouldn’t say that Airbnb ruins a neighborhood, but i do think it’s a problem if you live next door to them. I think that’s good that you don’t allow same town bookings. Because everyone who’s booking an Airbnb is throwing a party

AirBnB is coming down baby. Cities are imposing tougher regulations. New York just killed ~10k units. Unless the house is also the primary residence of the host, AirBnB is a cancer for the of housing market.

What do you have to put in your contract to protect yourself in the event that you're not able to make the full months rent due to lack of Airbnb host?
