Hi Robert, i have been following you and watching your content for a while, thank you for great content, i would appreciate if you can answer this question, i am about to sign corporate lease with one apartment and one home owner, this is a corporate lease i am not putting any of my information at all but only my Company name LLC as lease holder and they don't care where i bring my customers from as a corporate hosing company and on the lease agreement it didn't say anything about restricting airbnb or advertising on airbnb or any sites but it only says no sublet or sublease so my question is if i sign the lease as a corporate and they find out later i am doing airbnb as a corporate lease does it violate my lease agreement and can be company be evicted or that is not consider subletting because it is corporate lease ? thanks in advance

You furnished a three bedroom house for $5600 and you think that’s a bad deal? I’m in the process of furnishing 4, 2bd 2ba apartments for 30k.. and I think I did a pretty good job
Haha that’s wild. I’m trying to have the lowest cost per acquisition, running this at scale requires some sacrifice! $7.5k per unit seems right for a 2bd 2ba with my current formula.
Robert, how do you view earnings for individual listings? It seems that you cannot view this on Airbnb and it just aggregates the total per month for all listings. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!
