I bought the blue one and it came today. Love the watch. Not sure I like the strap, I do love the color of it. I'm generally a bracelet guy. But the color of this one goes so well, I'm going to wear it as is for a while. Then if I do still want something different I may try a bracelet or different strap later. Thanks for building a beautiful watch!!
I always check ring gap in the new cylinder before putting the rimgs on the plnew piston. I have more than once had to dress/grind the new ring ends so the gap was big enough. That way i didnt have to worry about them expanding when they get hot and binding in the cylinder and destroying the whole top end. Just a recommendation for next time. Heck you might have done it and just not shown it in the video. Good video and im sure itll help someone in the furture.
It's not a bad idea to check the ring gap, but honestly, I have never had an issue with a TB kit. Every time I check them, they are always within spec. That is one of the many reasons I recommend them.
