What's happening Larry C. I just came over from Random Rob's channel. I am super impressed with you Seiko mods. I don't own a Seiko yet, however I want my 1st one to be one of your creations.
Enjoyed watching the build, Larry. Although I do not have the patience required to mod a watch. Really like the colors and that dial really completes it. Learned about this channel from R.R.
I haven't tried the slim bezel and crystal yet. Namoki due their homework and I don't think it would change the look. One thing to consider is the slim case back only has 50 meters of water resistance.
thanks for sharing! Do you know where does the little washer ring that comes with the NH34 movement supposed to go? saw on reddit it's supposed to fit on the canon pin below the dial but don't see you install that, is the washer needed?
Wanted to let you know that the NH34 does use a dial washer. My first Nh34 did not come with one. The washer doesn't make a huge difference, but the gmt hand operates a little smoother with it installed. Here is a video showing how to install it. ru-vid.comLFoyD2DWvi0?feature=share
honestly... for so many reasons I really want to upvote this video, but for twice the reasons I have to say this video is such a disappointment... so many times (ex at 26:10) you say 13.17 but you literally skip completely over the actual measuring of the stem. The video is nice but the actual content is mediocre at best.
like did you even think that glossing so quickly over the stem removal was a solid idea? and before anyone says "yeah but you can easily just search for a video explaining that".... yeah ....thats why I'm here. what a waste. 0/10.
