I hope she never succeeds in her quest to completely replace meat-containing meals with plant based meals. I have no problem with plant-based food being an option, or even it being the major option, but for us who want to eat healthy and nutritious unprocessed meat-based or meat-containing food like so many animals do in the nature, it must be an option. I'm not fan of processed food, regardless if it's meat-based or plant-based, I'm a fan of whole foods, both meat and plant-based. Both are healthy lifestyles, meat is not carcinogenic or bad for cardiovascular health or in any other way bad for our health, that's a myth based on misinterpreted data that unfortunately lives on and is propagated by plant-based activists.
This episode is released on World Food Day to highlight the problem with poor diets globally and how our current food system is at the intersection of our various crises including the health and climate crises.

great! when I have some meat any meat next day i get bad constipation...same with dairy when I have dairy 2 times a day next day is bad...bloat and constipation....but when i only do plant based and some fruits I do not get bloated but if I do it too long my brain feels grogy as it craves for cholestrol....not sure how to fix my gut I tried removing gluten but did not help much I am life time vegeterian who tried adding meat for last 2 years but it made my gut worse...I think dairy and meat both causing lot of mucus and gut issues for my already inflamed gut due to lots of chocoloate milk for last 16 years...
