From a Jeep Gladiator enthusiast, who doesn't own one yet. Great video! Question though, with all those upgrades done, would you have been better off buying the Rubicon instead of the Mojave?
So sad that a few idiots can get trails shut down! Some people need to stay home and leave the adventuring to the responsible ones. Looks like a great trip.
Awesome video as always Bill and Deb. This was such an incredible place so peaceful you can really slow down and enjoy the day without a care in the world. Thank for letting us ride along with y’all on y’all’s adventures.
Are these still working well for you? My Teraflex quick disconnects are just not quick enough with how often I hop on and off trail. I am thinking this may be worth the investment.
Yes that’s an awesome camp site, stayed handful times now. Just recently about 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately I agree it’s becoming trashed, side by siders racing down the road all night. Had 3 kids under 10 with us and had to make sure they kept their shoes on at all times from the broken glass literally scattered everywhere around the fire ring and site. I don’t understand it
Love the fact the dbbb is expanding like it is. Thanks for sharing! I got to do pistol creek but plenty new sections to explore. Your videos definitely help.
I did have a failure of one of the Apex but it was pretty much my fault. I decided to tray the SwayLoc. It is really stiff in on road mode and like an Antiroc on off road mode. That being said, I like the Apex better because with those you are completely disconnected. Some people may prefer to have a little resistance all the time
Great video!! I've not been there yet. Going to have to go. If you guys ever get back and need a partner on the harder trails, give me a shout. Thanks for sharing these trails!
May I ask the spot in del rio Tennessee u camped at and rode in the back trail in the woods can u tell me bout that I live in Newport Tennessee so that’s in my small town and I want to take my son on a camping trip there and ride the trail
@CoddiwompleOverland good point. We are towing our shitbox trailer out in Utah right now and haven't really relied on the rearview other than to make sure the trailer is still there. Might not be so bad without. We rely on the camper camera a lot tho, it helps for sure.
I don't even own a Jeep and this video was a joy to watch -- it's amazing the type of footage you all got throughout your travels, it was like watching a movie with a crazy production budget .. nice work!
Had gone to Portsmouth for 25 years straight every October and some Aprils to drum fish until hurricane took out the cabins. Have stayed in octagons and square cabins every time. We have gone and caught coolers of fish and other times not a thing. Either way it was always a great time. Looks like they have redone the “Donza Lee”. Wish you could have experienced riding over on the “Green Grass”. That was always a unique experience. You were never sure you were going to make it across, but that old shrimp boat/ferry always made it😂.
Wow the island has changed a lot since I last went camping out there. There were bathrooms houses and a ranger station you could buy gas from. You could even drive up to the abandoned village and explore. Sad to see that seems to a thing of the past. The ferry even looks smaller than what they used to use. My wife says we can’t go back there until they get the bathhouses going again lol
While our Bluetti worked, we loved it. But when it started shorting and not operating properly, we tried to contact Bluetti by three methods (phone, claim form online, and email) and never received any response. Any thoughts on how to reach someone who will actually work through the warranty? Thanks!

I love the beach trips, except the sand 😊. We do it every summer in Long Island NY. Hanging out by the ocean is very relaxing and having your vehicle with all your essentials is a big plus. You should come out to Long Island one day and try the beaches here. 😊
