They're probably limiting his call time, since he uses it to continue uploading videos, which makes money. He essentially uses his calls to continue the scam he has going, and they're probably limiting how many calls he can make now because of it.

He showed up at a traffic stop, harraasing the cop who was citing a female motorist for an infraction... chili pissed the cop off, the cop instructed Chili to step back which chili did but not satisfactory to the cop, he did step back though. Cop arrested chili for obstruction and resisting... Chili then represented himself in his first court hearing, failing miserably, he spoke rudely to the judge and called the officer in the court a pig, ultimately chili upset the judge and chili got 6 months (I think) behind bars and he is now making daily or weekly phone calls and having someone from his channel post them on Delete laws so he can maintain subs/likes/views. Basically, Chili disrespects authority, blames officers, and judges for his current circumstances, he take zero accountability and believes he should be released for being unjustly arrested and unjustly imprisoned Chili doesn't understand that he shouldn't play with angry bees naked. He doesn't understand how to give respect to get respect, he blames the system but doesn't realize that the system isn't what brought him to the traffic stop that day when he got arrested, he doesn't understand that his own actions have put him in jail.
