Even though it was Joe`s show , he should have let you play more leads!!! Thank you , i Love Blues, Jazz not so much , however the way some of you Cats really know how to Jazz-up The Blues!!!!!
Joe is so freaking fast with his alternate picking. No legato. Ive been playing since I was a kid and I can get close but still not as fast and accurate as him. Its amazing.

Most players naturally curl their fingers inwards to place their fingertips onto the strings. Jimmy seems to be forever reaching for the notes and getting there a microsecond too late. I loved his playing in the Thunderbirds, but watching him is sort of painful.
I'm in Canada , looking forward to hearing this absurdly pro group play when i can get there , i mean they sound killer on speakers , so live would be OMF
This is one of the kind of breaks of recognition that Joanna Conner is needing. She has been relatively unknown except in smaller circles around the Chicago area' and this will give her some well-deserved exposure on stage with the likes of Joe and Kingfish.
You know he doesnt own it right? The people who own big red, rorys strat, greeny (before kirk) and kossoffs les paul all let joe play them at one time or another. Steve segal owns a dan erlewine flying v that belonged to albert king and joe had it for a bit because steven let him use it
