To begin with, it would be helpful to see what your clip looks like. It's under the shingle and I cannot see the shape of the clip -- there are so many available these days to purchase, you know?
You have 64 strands. How far apart are the pixels and how far apart are the strands? Pixels look like they have 4" spacing and the strands look to be about 12" spacing. Is this correct?
My battery won't charge its tbe one u have to take out plug goes in battery light is red, turns green when done mines been charging for 24 hrs and light is still red
@@TheLedwarehouse I bought for 5 dollars at an liquidation I took it apart . It seems water got into it . I will leave it to the sun tomorrow see if it's helps .
Fenix PD32 are junk, we use them every day...change batteries etc and the POS just stops, had 3 in a row do that, Fenix customer service is not always the best either. I can see why they say buy once, cry once with a surefire light.
Ethernet cable is sending data, without it you would have no show. You would need it ran to every controller or daisy chained from controller to controller
Wow thanks you just saved me a long return process from your video 👌 your awesome thanks for the knowledge! My tail cap needed to be tightend on the inside of the tail cap and now it works fine !!!! You break the clip and shove it between the gutter and the guard. Watch at the 1:40 mark of this video to see. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-iHtJdG9fM-s.html
@@richardrojas902 it runs on x lights which you can download and any 16ch rgb controller would work. I like falcon boards myself, but there are others out there.
Hi my question is this , once you set a sequence to xlights how do you get it to run continuously ? or start and stop after you have made the sequence , i have no issues setting a sequence for my tree but getting it to play or loop is something not sure about , any help welcome but in easy terms thanks i am no expert on all this at all , all i want is what ever i set just to keep playing
I run this system off a raspberry pi micro computer that runs falcon pi player. Fpp lets you schedule sequences. On the newer falcon boards this is build it, although not as great as fpp but still works ok.
Did you leave them on all year round? I tried leaving some plastic clips on all year round and they became too brittle the next year. So now I’m unfortunately back to packing them back up every spring, and they last years this way.
Lights just plugs in to the controller. Data runs with the 12v line. Remember these are dumb rgb. Watch the video closely and you will see how it works.
I have this same exact set up on my house with 4 controllers and 350+ bulbs. They work great but I do have two complaints. I think the warm white color is dim compared to traditional c9 warm white bulbs. My other complaint is the limitations of the controller. I wish, someone much smarter than me, could customize the controller, to create your own color effects. I like that it has a preset red/white/blue function, but wish I could make my own green/purple/orange for Halloween. I’m Sure the controller could be “hacked”, but I’m not really smart enough for that. Overall a great system, and the purple for Halloween looked awesome this year.
