या रेसिपी मधे साखरच वापरावी👍पण जर गूळ वापरायचा असल्यास जेवढा आल्याचा कीस आहे त्याच्या अर्ध प्रमाण गूळ घ्यावा👍

The deficiency is a wide spread malady.Vitamin B12 or Methyl Cobalamin can be replenished with supplements. But that should be the last resort. You have rightly suggested the food items rich in the vitamin. As usual, the alternatives suggested by you are easily available. You have compressed crucial information in the short video.. A good job!

धन्यवाद मॅडम मला 7 वर्ष पासून थायराईड आहे थायोरॅक्स 50 ची गोळी सुरु आहे हायपो थायराईड खुप थकवा वजन 65 आहे वजन जास्त वगैरे वाढत नाही आहे गोळी नेहमी साठीच सुरू राहील कां पोट साफ होत नाही यावर काही उपाय सांगा🙏😊
