I love your videos. You have such a calming wisdom about you. My kitchen is clean before I go to bed at night and my bed is made before I leave my bedroom in the morning. So if nothing else, at least two things get accomplished every day!
I have had body inflammation. In talking with my Dr., I was asked to eat "clean food" for 1 month. No refined foods, additives, salt, sugar, etc, with some carbs, because our bodies need carbs. It has worked. Would be glad to discuss further.
I do a fridge clean out every Friday and one Friday/month is a deep clean of the fridge/freezer. I so dislike wasting food so I have been shopping once a week for fresh produce plus I follow The Cross Legacy (that viral TikTok strawberry in a jar video) for properly cleaning and storing g fresh produce and everything else! I have found that eating anything processed/prepackaged from the store increased my inflammation and irritates my GI system, so I went on an elimination diet following the Whole 30 guidelines and game changer! Loved this video.
We did the whole 30. It was tough and we stopped after 16days. I need to do it again. My biggest hang up is Silk Almond Vanilla creamer. I dont do a lot but I love it.
I completely get the shower thing. I hate cleaning our tub and shower as it just kills my back anymore. I have thought about getting one of those shower scrubber on the pole, but i just don't know. It's one more thing I would have laying around when I'm not using it.
Inflammation is awful to deal with. Unfortunately It’s coming from our foods especially seed oils and sugar. Get a grounding sheet, made a world of difference for me. 🫶🏻

Meal planning saves my life! However, I live alone so it's a heck of a lot easier to buy and prepare for one person. Even working from home as I do now, if I don't do some advance prep work/cooking for the week I will struggle in the evenings not to go the convenient route and order in. I usually use part of Sunday as my prep day. One casserole, pot of soup, or Spaghetti lasts me the whole week. Or I can make multiple items and refrigerate what I will need for the week, then freeze the rest.

I can relate a lot to you even though I’m much older. I have grown children but I’ve been a single divorce mom since I was 36, and I’ve been through tough times also. I wish I could be a night person. My high energy times are 4:30 am thru 4:30 pm. It is hard for me to cook dinner at 7 pm. Once done, I flake out in my recliner. I get the most stuff done once I drop the grands off at school. I live in a multigenerational household .
@@mrslynnwhite please look into that before you start. Every pose is to a false god.. We did not know that until we looked into. I pray you really look into it before starting that up.
Store your containers of cottage cheese, yogurt, sour cream and ricotta cheese upside down and they’ll last longer. Wrap celery in foil to keep it fresh longer. Lastly, I write open dates on condiment and dairy containers soi know how long it’s been open.
My cleaning doesn’t become overwhelming because I try to do a 20-30 minute task each day. I enjoy cleaning because I feel accomplished when I’m done and I can enjoy my clean home. I understand how you feel about it becoming more physically exhausting as you get older. I look at cleaning as good for your physical and mental health. Hi! I was also going through what you are going through. I spent months trying all natural supplements etc and it did not help my menopause issues. After months of research I found a doc that specializes in hormone therapy and I am now on bio identical hormones. After months of misery I finally feel like my self again. I know it hits some harder than others and I was one of them. Do what works best for you and your health. 12 years ago I adopted a pescatarian diet and I feel so much better. Again that’s a personal preference but cutting out dairy really helped my inflammation. I pray you find what works for you and that you feel better soon! Love your videos!!❤
I'm cutting all dairy, gluten, and added sugars. Then the foods that show they cause a reaction, those are gone too. I am really excited for some healing. I am so happy you found what works!
I'm watching you at 1230am after falling asleep at the table from a late dinner and a hour long struggle with my youngest toddler. Cleaning helps with my mental health, but I'm overwhelmed. Grateful for your video. There just not enough time. I also watch Amanda (she put me on to tour videos). I adore her and would've to know her personally she's a doll. I'm doing my best to give myself grace which is what I would say. Thank you.
Yep after a certain age what a person body changes and what worked no longer works like it did. What I did in 2018 for my health journey change doesn’t work now. What does work both times is getting my water intake, my steps, and trying to get my 8 hours of sleep. Back then one of my supplements worked but not now. I used to get my cardio in my walking 2 miles and a stationary bike now I only strictly focus on getting my 10,000 steps plus I have other reasons why I can only focus on the steps.
@@mrslynnwhite during the summer yeah I do too as well as on Sundays. For the most part during the school year I can get my steps in. On Saturdays I can get my steps in when I’m working my retail job.
To lower inflammation, go as low carb as possible. Steak, ground beef, egg yolks are great. I have been eating very low carb for several months and my inflammation has decreased so much. Check the carb count in everything
