We created this channel in order to breakdown the process of various projects and tasks. We can all pay someone to fix it for us, but why not save some money and put in some sweat. Labor is expensive, but if you have the patience to follow through many of our guides, it'll teach you some valuable skills that can be applied in life. Hopefully, we can help someone out there save money, learn something new, and have the ability to pass on the knowledge, or if not, just link them to our channel.
Our videos are not meant to be short. We will be trying our best to show and explain every single step. Feel free to ask any questions in the comments. We'll be coming out with shorter clips for more advanced and impatient people :)
Hey dude I wanna say thank you Because of you I was able to reinstall everything inside so I kept watching since your first video about the primary and secondary pulley ensemble thank you I know it’s hard recording a whole process but you did a great job So this is my first cvt JF015 rebuild with no experience or knowledge at all but it’s was fun and it took me long time but the second one it’ll be easier more familiarize to it So I’ll put it back on soon and I will stop by to let you guys know what happened hopefully it’s working perfectly. Bye 🤞
question about the forward clutch pack after both snap rings and clutch plates removed theres a gasket at the bottem does this come with the master rebuild set?
here are OBD2 fault codes for my 2015 Nissan Versa Note SV: 1.) P0963 - Pressure Control Solenoid A 2.) P099C - Shift Solenoid G 3.) P0999 Shift Solenoid F 4.) P0967 - Pressure Control Solenoid B (Primary Pressure Solenoid)
Could I use another transmission from Nissan and just change the bell housing I hear if the y12 and the juke am just not sure working trying seems to be cheaper
Man I love your attention to detail and you are a saint for sure. I buy Alot of em and sell em and I'm tired of spending the jack for a used good unit when I can spend a fraction and rebuild em myself.
Great video. My only comment is when you're doing the final fill of the tranny. You'd probably get a more accurate fluid fill if you were to have the car level by jacking up the rear axle some till the car was sitting level.
I rebuilt a few Ford and GM automatic transmissions back in the day when I used to screw with that stuff. Your videos are excellent and show the real life experience of messing with this shit. I agree with your point on another of your videos that pulling and reinstalling these in the car is a much bigger pain in the ass than the bench top rebuild. Great videos!
I didn't know I didn't have the freedom to speak, my apologies for being a human being and not an angel from the gods. I hope the video has provided you with the necessary information needed from hell.
You did not mentioned the bolts torque for the transmission pan (total 15).question: is it mandatory to replace the transmission cooler when you do this kind of job?
You are a good master! You have a very good and detailed video, it helped me a lot. Thanks for your work! I know how difficult it is to work and shoot quality videos, it takes a lot of time. Carry on, good luck, friend!
