Promotional and 'How To' Videos about Dual Pumps and Dual Pumps Products. Our videos include unboxing pressure washers, setting up and starting pressure washers. How to start diesel engines, important things to do before using a pump and how to prime a pump before using a pressure washer. There are videos of high pressure pumping equipment, high volume wash down and other cleaning equipment in operation including low pressure chemical cleaning. Their are mainly industrial and commercial products in use for high pressure cleaning in the agricultural and construction industries, but their are some domestic use jet washers and foaming devices in use in some videos too. Other videos includes how to use the Dual Pumps website www.dualpumps.co.uk to login and request a catalogue, there's also an about us video showing our premises in Melton Mowbray where we supply, distribute and manufacture from.
Hi, sorry to hear you are having trouble with your kit. If you let us know which machine you are having problems with, we could help you troubleshoot and get you up and running again. Send the full details to info@dualpumps.co.uk or call 01664 567226
Nice set of videos. Perhaps you could do one that shows the differences between "Return to Head unloader valve", "Return to tank unloader valve" and "Interpump controlset with bypass". Or just write an article on it. Thanks.
The pump will still work with the travel bung fitted but will cause it to pressurise the oil chamber and cause the oil seals to leak, which could also damage the pump further. Therefore, the oil breather dipsticks must be fitted before use and this would NOT be covered under warranty as the failure has been caused by not fitting the yellow-capped oil breather dipstick.
It's difficult to give an exact life span of a pump as it depends on the operating conditions and the servicing carried out, however, the Interpump pump is a high-quality product so it should last if looked after properly. Oil should be changed after the first 50 hours and following this after every 500 hours. After 1000 hours it is recommended that valve assemblies and pumping seals are replaced along with the oil. The 1000-hour recommendation should be reduced if the operating conditions are particularly harsh.
Hi, it's a Dual Pumps manufacturing pressure washer using an Interpump pump and a Comet wheelbarrow tank. See range here: www.dualpumps.co.uk/groups/WHEELBAR__Wheelbarrow_Tank_Pressure_Washer
This probably sounds stupid but can you leave your petrol jet wash in the van during winter or would it best to keep it away from the cold. ie bring it in doors. Cheers
It would be best if it can be left away from the cold. If left in the van it would have to be drained of water to stop damage due to the water freezing up. Or you can pump a Mono Ethylene Glycol Anti-Freeze mix through the pump to protect the pressure washer.
This machine is intended for commercial use and is not suitable for normal housekeeping purposes by private persons. See our full range of pressure washers here: www.dualpumps.co.uk/groups/PRESWASH__Pressure_Washers
@@DualPumpsLtd I have 3 petrol powered machines and have been pressure washing for 25 years in a professional capacity. The lpm and psi are completely inadequate for many types of work, might be ok to wash a car but that's about it. You may as well buy a cheap Karcher. Sorry but its true
@@tackleberryc6472 Sounds like this model is not for you. However, we manufacture a vast range so there might be something more suitable for your needs. For pressures up to 500 Bar and flow up to 41 Lpm take a look at out Evolution 3 V-Twin pressure washers: www.dualpumps.co.uk/groups/E3VTWIN__Evolution_3_V_Twin_Pressure_Washers
@@tackleberryc6472 That is good to hear you have one and it works well for you, we've been manufacturing engine-driven units for a long time. The manufacturing of electric-powered pressure washers is in the earlier days for us so we'll have to see how it evolves. Also, I guess one size does not fit all.
As a tip, you may want to go slower for better results or get a higher GPM pressure washer to support the speed at which you are cleaning. Looks to be a great surface cleaner nonetheless.
Great advice! See this link for our full range of pressure washers: www.dualpumps.co.uk/groups/PRESWASH__Pressure_Washers And flat surface cleaners here: www.dualpumps.co.uk/groups/WAWROTFL__Rotary_Flat_Surface_Cleaners
Ahh, I can see streak marks more patients behind the wheel and believe that after and before your shot may have provided a buyer like myself better results cheers and good day to you, sir
Hello mate, looking to buy a pressure washer with a gx390 engine that is small like this one so that it can fit in my car but when i look that e2t15250phr model up, it looks much bigger than the machine in this video. Where can i buy the machine in this video and do you think its light enough to take in and out of a vauxhall astra on a day to day basis for business. Thank you mate
Thank you for the positive comment, good to know you like the video and hopefully it has helped you get your pressure washer set up correctly. In case you haven't seen it yet, here's a link to the follow on video to this one which shows how to start up and use the pressure washer properly. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-usI8xWJZfr8.html
Great to hear feedback like this! Thank you! Please share any thoughts and ideas you might have for new videos we could make and publish on here. Always looking for more ways to help and support. Thanks again!
Great Video i have started to send it with invoices to cut down on the " There are no handles Supplied " phone calls is there a video for Priming/ purging air from the pump ( 1st time use ) ?
Hi Paul, good to hear it is a useful video for you! The priming for first time use is something that we can create and will be added to our channel once finished. If you haven't already please subscribe and select the bell icon to receive notifications when we add new videos. All the best!
@PaulYates-yn2hy Hello again, we have now added a new video to our channel showing how to aid initial priming of the pump before first use, hope it is of use to you: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-AYAW2ydrLj4.html
This video was made to show how to assemble one of our wheelbarrow tank pressure washers, it highlights how certain parts of the unit are packed for shipping and where to find them, for example the wheelbarrow handles are inside the tank. It also displays the tools needed for set up, how to connect the hose and fit the hose reel and notes that fluids need to be added before use because the engines are shipped without fuel or oil. The travel plugs are fitted to the pump for transportation too which need to be changed for the oil breather dipsticks before use. We hope this helps answer your question and hopefully the video will be a good aid to any of our customers or staff who want to check how to assemble one of these units correctly.
The self-priming capabilities can vary from unit to unit. We supply our pressure washers with a 3m suction hose and advise, for optimum performance, the water supply should be 1m higher than the pump. However, it is a popular practice to have a feed barrel at ground level and the suction hose drawer from this container.
This pressure washer should be fed from a tank and will not work as it should if mains fed from a tap. The only engine driven pressure washer we manufacture that is for domestic use and mains fed is the LC Series LCT9160PLR (see links below): - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-9y9zrv8lY1A.html www.dualpumps.co.uk/products/LCT9160PLR__LC_9160_Petrol_Pressure_Washern
@@DualPumpsLtd Excuse-me, I thought pressure washer works better if fed with low pressure (something like 1 or 2 bar) from tap than with suction from tank. If tank is necessary, isn't it better to connect the feeding from the bottom of the tank ? Thank you
Hi, that is not a brand that we supply see our range of electric pressure washers here: www.dualpumps.co.uk/groups/ELECTRIC__Electric_Pressure_Washers The thing to clean patio floors that you are after is called a Rotary Flat Surface Cleaner: www.dualpumps.co.uk/groups/WAWROTFL__Rotary_Flat_Surface_Cleaners If you put these two products in to an internet search engine you should find lot's of distributors with prices.
The machine in the video is an E2T15250PHR, it has a Honda GX390 engine that runs on unleaded petrol. We also make machines with diesel engines. Here's a link to our full range: www.dualpumps.co.uk/groups/PRESWASH__Pressure_Washers
Very nice looking unit, I'd be interested in the 25lpm 300bar. The 21l fuel tank is a big plus for me for all day working. Might be tempted to dip my toe in on this one soon. 😁👍
