That not that big of a drill. I run a 2 9/16 allied drill a lot. But would like to try one of those but cost against allied. Is that cobalt or carbide insert?
What an odd mix of feelings this is. Awe, something like arousal but in a workshop way, tears of joy, confusion, pride in humanity's engineering. It's just so smooth, powerful, acurate, and efficient. Imagine trying to do this with the tools in my home shop, like an angle grinder.
Originally, coolant was let out from the beginning for processing, but we decided to make it wet from the middle of the process so that you could see the processing as much as possible.
