Any way to actually contact customer service? My replacement went out 3 weeks in and I have tried to talk to someone for 2 weeks and still just no response at all. Can you actually contact your customers who have problems? I wanted to recommend this product, but with my first DOA and the 2nd dead after just 3ish weeks of actually working that is hard to do. The first took over a month to go replaced and ended up amazon replacing the defective unit since switchbot refused to actually respond to emails/calls etc. Now 2 weeks into the 2nd one dead still no response. Why is customer service so hard? If you are off for some holiday or whatever why not be transparent? You tell customers your hours of operations but when you get someone on the phone that person just assures you that someone will call you back and then nothing. Day after day its exhausting to be a customer and want to actually like the product. When it worked dude it was great, but its not work 700+ depending on when you buy it for 3 weeks of it working. The one time i got a guy on the phone he said oh its normally the batteries but I can't do anything someone else has to call you and that will be within 72 hours. It would be nice if that were true. Fully 5 business days after and nothing. This is the same thing I got the first time when it arrived DOA and they blame a poor employee for the issue. This runs far deeper. I get it your a start up and I have to this point praised your products, but how can I recommend this to friend and family when you don't support the products after initial purchase.
Don’t buy the s10. I am trying to return mine as we speak. It’s been unusable due to software issues since July!!! No updates or resolution eta from support and have just been asked to wait two more days to even return the item
Rather than just being able to adopt individual remote commands, can it adopt the complete remote profile of a Yamaha AV receiver and a Viewsonic projector?
On my third one….each one failed with “brush stuck” error after under 2 months of use (brush is spotless, dustbin is empty… runs for 20 seconds nods and gets stuck on…nothing.) customer service is terrible.
Very cool. I love how Switchbot is building an interconnected ecosystem.. your vacuum refills your humidifier automatically! Can't wait to see what they come up with next.
The only thing missing is ability to recharge while keeping the thinness intact. Will surely buy one if there's a remote possibility of recharging it after 3 years.
Ll be usefull when ir remote database ll be update instead stick to 2019 and more than 3 bluetooth remote ll be supported ( no LG remote) . unfolded circle remote 3 and ZM-RM01 and aquara M2 ll do more ( 0 bluetooth remite ) . IR Database are old and too limited ( 3 devices for BLE ). No Audio video receiver icon ...so no remote devices (wiim ultra) in DB. Hub is mandatory to record IR with SB hardware remote , SB hub 2 ll do less than aquara M3 hub that is also thread border router. All SB devices use BT beetween hub and devices ( no zigbee no zwave see).
You need the hub 2 as without you cannot record IR signals from your remotes, which you will need to do as the database for devices could not find any of my devices even though they are made by Denon, Philips and Panasonic. Currently I am controlling my TV, AV Receiver and 4K Blu-ray player from remote and it’s great. Along with the fact that the hub 2 IR blaster also allows me to use Alexa to voice command all of the above devices I love it. I could only recommend at the moment to people with a good knowledge of hardware and the time to tinker. Firmware updates are also regular, two already since I got mine. Hope nVidia shield support gets added soon as it’s all that I really am missing to make remote and hub perfect for me.
I love the form factor but it's disappointing that the moping function hasn't been improved, there's nothing Pro about having to attach wet wipes to clean your floors

@@SwitchBotOfficial yes. Alexa recognizes it, adds it as a device but does not active. It did work for over a year. As of about 2 weeks it’s stopped working.
Will switchbot release accesories? Like a different brush or in case one of the stations dies, will switchbot sell a different station separately? Also if switchbot has plans to make future stations backward compatible with s10.
