Just dropping by to say a huge thanks to this challenge! I've tried 2 other videos before this, been doing those for months without improvements really and this is the only video that really worked for me. To be honest I still haven't finished the 28 days and it's already 3 months so you can imagine how much I've been skipping. But I'm close to that right split, left is still a bit tight but still better than it was before. This is the most flexible I've been my entire life and I'm 33, I never thought I'll be able to do it, well, I still haven't but pretty close. Another thing I've noticed is that how much more relaxed I am with the other stretches, I can finally fit in my yoga mat when doing the wide-leg stretch and I can touch my head to knees when doing forward fold, and other stretches that require for me to reach my feet. So a huge thanks to you... I know I'm super close now.
It's the 1st day = I feel like I release and unlock all the bones right know.. A bit tired.. Actually I'm sweating a lot.. Let's see how this 21 days will go
Day 1 ✅ Day 2 ✅ ( Today I noticed the gap between splits. It was one hand horizontally away from the ground. Let's hope for the progress till day 28) Day 3 ✅ ( Today I did the inner thigh flexibility one but it was so hard for me, I could barely do middle split) Day 4 ✅
I am starting this today and I will do this for 31 days 2 times a day (when I wake up and before I go to bed) Day 1- (6/29/24) only did it once but I am going to commit to doing it twice a day because I really want to lose face fat I have a morning and night alarm to keep me updated Day 2- (6-30-24) I did it when I woke up and before I went to bed I am not seeing any changes yet but I am also gonna try and cut sugar out of my diet for now, and I am skipping at least one meal a day check in for day 3 Day 3- (7-1-24) I did it when I woke up and before I went to bed I still don’t see a big difference but check in for day 4 Day 4- (7-2-24) I still don’t see a difference and I have been taking my a photo ever single day!
Sharing my results for doing this for 2 weeks as I have no flexibility in any part of my body except for my arms( bad trait for a dancer) Day 1-(June 29) felt good on my back, wasn’t able to get into a back as I hadn’t stretched much the past couple of days
Wow im suprised i did this and got my back bend on my first day my back felt a bit stretched and i could bend more on rhe second day i got my backbend but i still need to practice to get it perfect
HEYY I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE MY JOURNEY DAY1: DONE and i struggled and i can guarantee yall that i’m an absolute beginner at splits i couldn’t even do the last part properly :/ anyways i felt good after it. DAY2: DONE. i also did weighted butterfly. Idk if im gonna be able to do splits in 28 days but i kinda started to like it.

Just wanted you guys to know, that 6 years ago (age 14) I was trying to do split so bad, I was doing 30 minutes long streching videos everyday for like 4 months and still never did it… I almost did split one day, but something broke in my leg while doing the split, so since then, I never did that again! Good luck😆
