A quick daily stretch routine to do every morning! This one will improve your flexibility, mobility and stiffness!
It’s only 8 minutes and it will stretch all of your muscles! It’s a full body routine that is perfect to do at the beginning of your day! This video is beginner friendly! Do your best and remember that consistency will help you to reach all your flexibility goals! So it is important that you make this part of your morning routine!

Hello, I've seen your middle splits stretching video you filmed few years before, to be honest i don't really can spot the progress, u really need to work on it !try to get a full splits!💪and u can find someone to push you down…👍🏿
