As a public high school history teacher, I have finally realized the power of video speeches, documentaries, and other visual presentations as a tool for facailitating my students' learning. I am dedicating this channel to sharing teacher and student-friendly video clips for use in an out of the American history classroom.
In other words if you are independent and can take care of yourself then others will notice this and have respect for you and not judge you harshly or negatively.

As a black american woman in construction. I finally understand why my dad was so hard on me growing up. The disrespect I recieved from people in this career is digusting. But my father made sure I was tough and smart enough to handle people like that😊
Many differences: 1. In Islam you cannot enslave free people - you can only be a slave by prisoner of war or you were already a slave and you were sold to the Muslims 2. Muslims never dehumanized people - remember Muslims actually believe in accountability and a day of judgment. Muslims don’t think innocent people died for their sins - no they are responsible for their own actions and need to justify what they do. 3. Muslims were encouraged in the Quran to free slaves - and a person who is a slave has the right to take money from the Baytul Maal (treasury) to free themselves - see the famous verse in chapter 9 of the Quran - which details the 8 categories of people who can be a recipient of Zakat 4. After one or two generations- slaves integrated into Muslim society and could rise to a higher economic status than their master - consider the Mamluk Sultanate - former slaves ruling the Muslims 5. Slavery in Islam was not based on race - that’s a lie - Muslims don’t believe in a such a thing Called Race - that’s a white mans invention- we believe in colour differences yes. But we are all human from Adam and Eve. Additionally, there were Arab slaves, Persian slaves, European slaves and African slaves in the Muslim world. Not slavery based on the colour of your skin. 6. In Islam the slaves must be fed what you eat, clothed what you wear and never be overworked. You must give them training and education. How is this remotely similar to Transatlantic chattel slavery. How???? Are you man delusional or something
No blacks in today's America go back to live in Africa because they know life in America is much better than life in Africa. LOL. "What have the Romans ever done for us?" I have great respect for Dr.Martin Luther King but not for Malcolm,he was spreading hate towards white people and Christianity,he was also an ignorant about islam,ne never told his followers that islamic rulers also were deeply involved in slave trade like european countries.
Dr King was a hypocrite. What he was preaching and then doing behind closed doors was completely opposite of each other. Beating women, participating in orgys, cheating on his wife and actively aligned himself with communist ideology. A lot of people lack education when it comes to Dr. King and when I bring these things up they think it’s to crazy to believe but if you do ur research u find out he was a hypocrite
