I’m a Pilates professional and have been teaching for 13 yrs. With my background in dance, I have a deeper connection to the body and pay close attention to the bio mechanics as well as the movement throughout each class . Join me for fun and challenging workouts. Im back after a little break after having my first baby in May 2022.
I thought I only a little time this morning, so I'll do a short video. (knowing whether you call it beginner or not it is going to take some work.) Thanks for always challenging us. Great video!
That was beautiful as always Kristen. Loved the bridge with wide legs. I could really feel the outer glute. You are an excellent instructor. You make hard, easy. Thank you!
Everytime I do one of your classes, I think, oh she's too strong and hard. Then I stick with it and I feel like an olympian. Thank you for such creative and difficult yet doable classes. You make me feel good! Love these.
Sounds like it may be the position of your pelvis on the foam roller . Make sure it’s towards your tail end not lower back and maintain the ribcage hugging in and down towards the mat underneath you. Hard to do while keeping the tail bone heavy ! Hope this helps !
Omg! 😂😅 This was great, but some it was HARD!!! I’m gonna definitely aspire to be able to do some of the harder moves as time goes on. My whole body feels so STRONG❣️Thank you! I’m going to bring my foam roller and small hand weights on vacation with me, love that I can do your workouts wherever I am.
Enjoyed this but you really need a long foam roller to complete it. I tried it with a short roller and found it doesn't support the length of the spine, making it tough on the neck. Great video as usual, keep up the good work 👏
Thanks for the tip! Yes I have both ! The shorter one shoulder start at end of the shoulder blades to Support the neck in the beginning, pelvis on the floor. Thank you 🙏 💜 glad you enjoyed it !
This was amazing!!!! I love, love, LOVE all of your foam roller workouts!!! Not only are they doing a phenomenal job of toning, but they are breaking up the scar tissue in my right shoulder, which has always caused pins and needles when I sleep on my back. Keep these coming! And thank you! ❤😊
Especially like the moves with the foam roller under the pelvis. One question - what is the advantage of legs in a froggy position when doing the heel dips?
