Hi man, great video 👏👏.. I also have 350Z 2008 which has the same engine Same Compressor. I want to replace the AC compressor but do you have any idea how much Pag Oil I need to add to it? I'd really appreciate your help. Last year my new Compressor blew up mostly due to the wrong amount of Pag Oil which was added to it. If you have any idea or can help I will be grateful.
My Low Pressure node snapped out my compressor this weekend, i tried to replace the line but its like seized on the compressor. i tried it all,,,, i may need a new compressor... which brand did you get? Reman or new? I need to keep my car for at least another 2 years, just need something to hold me down. thinking remanned but don't wanna exd up doing the job twice. 2010 Infiniti FX35 Basically same engine as yours but i have much more realestate, dont need to remove the fans....i did installed new condensor myself last year. was working fine until it started to snow and the city decided to put sald all over the place.
@@notelijah8200 I didn't, I took it to a dealer. They said the ECU wasn't talking to it properly despite the system being full of freon. It works better and puts out tons of cold air no matter the temp I set, then goes weak after 4 mins of that. I'm guessing the compressor is going? I took it back to the dealer and they can't ID any issue.
No but if you keep cranking them on the concrete like that you're going to break the whole housing case then it ain't going to be ain't going to be worth anything you always start them on the grass or table or something like that never on the concrete because the vibration can cause a crack in the whole the word advice to wise but nice sound carburetor
I'm running a the nibbi 24 on a tillotson 212r with the 196r head with the bigger valves it makes some steam. But my jetting to is still off the plugs pretty sooty even though it runs great I can tell it's still fat. Granted there's zero bog when you snap the throttle. Have you ran any 24mm if so what jetting you go with?
@@the1andonlyjoseph819 Will do I been trying to find an answer online for months can't believe no one knows what they run at sea level for these 24 nibbis haha.
So after ripping my kart the past four weeks heres what I've learned after running around my buddy's dirt oval and burning at least 4 tanks of fuel a night and 400 plus laps lol. Yes change the oil after you run. You will literally notice the motor will run smoother with the new oil. Anyway for the 24mm nibbi I run a Super fat pilot jet 48 or 50 and 130 or 135 main. These motors want a ton of idle jet from these nibbis at least the 24mm, since the needle on the slide is pretty thick compared to a real keihin pe24mm carb it pulls all the fuel just from the slow idle circuit. Then Put a .22 e3 spark plug in and you will be Preem. If I putt around the yard where it's just eating off the idle jet and pull the plug it's sooty as all heck. But you can snap the throttle as fast as you want no bog and no puff of black smoke. At the tack being wide open basically the entire time even with the same .22 E3 plug I pulled it out and it was a perfect hot cocoa look and all the soot blew off haha. Between the autolite 390x I don't know the exact number the E3 out performs it 10 fold jmo messing with these motors. It even helped throttle response. Also get rid of the spark plug cap you have theres a resistor in there just run a metal one to the plug it's more consistent. If I could post a pic of the plug I would.
Mann I did this to my baja warrior and the brakes still not working, i replaced the springs and cable and drum still no brakes . The only thing I can think is the inside of the rim is Brent
ay bro when u were tightening the chain what were u doing to the back where the sprocket is at? Imma do this to my minibike and need to know if i need to do that too
And the way how I know is because I have a Coleman bt200x 196 cc mini bike and mine was about 50 or 60 mph fast but then it blowed up so I had too get another motor which is the predator 212cc 6.5 horsepower motor and right now it’s about 50 or 55 mph but it doesn’t feel like it do so too make really actually fast I’m gonna get my brother in law too take out the governor take out a few pieces take out a couple parts and that should make it about 60 or 8 NO matter a fact it should make it about 70 or 80 mph fast
Not only you have too take the tourqe converter off too get more speed but when you have a mini bike you can basically make it go as fast as you want it too and once you’ve token the tourqe converter off and have straight chained it you can also take out the governor and take about a few pieces and take out a couple more pieces and then that should make it about maybe 70 or 80 mph fast
Ay man appreciate the tutorial. I went ahead and did this, but the bolt to the driveshaft and clutch keeps wanting to rotate and slide off quickly while riding since I've flipped the clutch. Have you run into this or have any recommendations?
So I just tried to crank the bolt as you did in your ct200u-ex video, though I find when the bolt is down tight, the clutch seizes, when i loosen it up enough to where the clutch works freely, the bolt holding the clutch wants to fall out. Please Help!
@@joshberlin3074 I'm not an expert but have you thought about using thread locker. It might help, but you will need an impact to get the bolt off after.
The top speed for a straight chain on it is like 33, but with the governor swing arm ziptied or taken out it can go up to 39 or 40, and you can still trailride but it would be a little slower pulling out where it has less torque
Got my RB200 up to 54 with delete and 60 tooth sprocket. Luckily I was going real slow when I turned into the driveway and chain popped off. Gonna have to use a chain tensioner now, it's too hard to get the shizz lined up perfectly without one.
I think I'm going with the straight chain! I don't do much if any off road riding, but dealing with City driving...... Speed is needed more than torque 🤷🏾♂️ 💯
Hey man i really need help ive got a pwk 28mm carb and a not govenored 212 enigne i have everything that i would need and even 100 to 140 jets what do i do now some people lower the needle thingy to the last slot do i need to do that also what kind of jet would i need can i run the stock one ?
