There is such thing as the sound of silence it’s atmospheric this planet is a noisy place but you can only ear it if it’s very silent but I don’t believe that is tinnitus because there is no such thing as complete silence, true tinnitus can be heard over other sounds and is coming from the middle ear or inside your head and it’s annoying. My tinittus is none of the above mentioned. Its very relaxing sometimes. But the more i hear it, my mind starts firing energy because it is gamma hz or the same frequency of gamma.
