Based in Dongguan, China, our history in consumer product manufacturing dates back four generations. In 2003, US offices were established in Los Angeles, followed by a US office extension in Salt Lake City in 2005.
Our culture is driven by a commitment to transparency, communication, and solving product and manufacturing challenges preemptively. We understand and help companies manage multi-channel manufacturing criteria sets. Whether you target mass-market retail chains at scale, Amazon, Shopify, or other D2C channels, we have built and outlined the criteria sets, certifications, and hurdles needed for each channel. Companies expand and grow through our established manufacturing networks and teams as sales channels and requirements are ever-changing.
Aera created, 2 packagings structures , 1 was for retail and the 2nd one for e-tail. The one for retails has nicer features because it will be competing in the shelf with other products, the packaging for the e- tail version doesn’t compete with other product the main purpose is complete the distribution. Other opportunity to reduce the cost of collaterals or user guides is to add a QR code that links the user to product website so they can see the product operation instructions or videos
Love this Paul! But is there a follow up video where you show how to make the iPhone-like packaging and which factories you recommend that do this kind of thing?
Are these style of boxes typically manufactured overseas, or is something say, 25% as fancy available from a US supplier in a similar $ range? I am developing a brand product line and researching packaging for 1 particular product. Maybe I'll email when I am further along.. Any feedback would be appreciated, thanks..
You might have mention this, but I suspect they changed to more environmentally friendly packaging to please their customers. Another assumption I would have is that a high percentage of people who use air diffusers also "care about the environment" and prefer easy to recycle packaging that didn't create a lot of waste in the production process.
I hate this case opening so i must all the way down dive to get how in Earth you know its there like no way to open with no cut opening also u got sub, its 13 iphone my
WOW! WOW! this is channel is great with knowledge and wisdom. Looking to start small packaging business from home, question do you print on tissue like paper for gift wrapping items inside and also the method?
I think that it does look like it is plastic and not recyclable and not sustainable. Last time i bought an iPhone I put the box in the trash, not paper recycling. I don’t think it is a good choice from Apple. They need something that looks more recyclable, cheaper and environmentally friendly, certainly not white but brown, ie no chemical treatments.
I love the thing where he said if Apple can make a toothbrush. Maybe he should look up Apple toothbrush because Colgate and Apple a couple years ago merged in together and made a toothbrush unfortunately, they no longer make that toothbrush.
Designed this packaging a few years back glad the intent resonated! Awesome breakdown and appreciate the kind words, a lot of interesting tech went into making those parts. Major kudos on the price estimate you're absolutely in the ballpark.
Wow so wonderful , and inovattive idea , those are very informative videos which I needed . I would love to know where can we order those boxes for that cost! THANK YOU❤
And amongst the worst are those nets for fruits like oranges. The mesh could hurt animals, it can't be recycled and it doesn't even achieve anything. It's a total waste
Saw these and bought them because they caught my eye. It's the only brand I buy now. My daughter loves their bandaids. So when she needs a bandaid she is excited to choose which design she wants.
Also it seems super environmentally friendly. Don’t get the hate. Especially considering that they might have heavily pushed it in their app resulting in mainly e-commerce purchases
