Another huge problem area is that I-81 and I-76 do not provide any direct access to one another. Traffic is forced to get off the freeway environment and sit at traffic lights, waiting an eternity to go just a mile or two to get back onto the interstate. People who actually want this to continue (for-profit corporate interests) should be harshly punished and shamed for their selfishness and greed.
