I heard one of the big-name arm wrestlers mention this guy, Farmhand. They said he's got a bright future and that it's time for him to get a match with someone known to get some visibility. They said he's on the same level as Auden or Milo, idk, but I would love to see a match like that.
hi coach what is the major difference for training pronation from the side and from the front ?? and pronation from the high pulley and lower pulley.. and the training the riser with the table and with out the table. can u explain it deeply.....
Pronation with side pressure from the side. And the front is pronation through backpressure. I think the riser training is just good to do with and without the table.
@Trey-Farmhand-Suit and how long would you say you train for and do you do only armwrestling movments all heavy or light full range half rep table time aswell?
Hey man, I'm quite new to aw. So I've been training 2x per week (wrist wrench, pronation, riser, etc), while also training my upper body and lower body 2x per week (Bench, Rows, Arms, Legs, etc). What do you think is the ideal volume on those AW workout days? Any tips about number of exercises, sets and reps for a beginner like me? Thanks and keep up the great content
Sweet. I need one of those. Quit my job as a software dev and I'm getting a job landscaping or working on a farm. Sitting at a computer 8-12 hours a day was the worst thing ever. Also joined an armwrestling club. Might buy a small farm somewhere outside of the city if I can find one. I belong with farm people, the rich corporate suits in the middle of downtown are the most miserable people on Earth. If you ever feel like you need to make more money and climb the ladder, you're wrong, it gets worse the higher you go. Peace out.
Just got 65 riser and 80 pronator. I'm catching you dude, a 193lb computer nerd should not beat a farmhand. Probably have room for improvement on your diet, I try to eat super clean but also high calory. Organic Olive oil and Coconut Oil only. If you have to drain the fat on the meat it's not good meat.
