In the floor 2 trailer eyes can teleport, but eyes has always had the ability ti teleport as when you open the next door in floor one, he is not despawning he is teleporting to the next room you will see him in. That's why its called The Eyes, since there is only one. This also goes way down to it's origin. Eyes' original name was lookman, as in the backdoor, lookman can teleport, and is one of the only teleporting entities we have. Back when eyes was planned to be named lookman, it's model was halt, but taller and skinnier, kind of like the lookman we see in the backdoor. But Halt is the only teleporting entity in floor one, as he teleports in front of and behind you. (Sorry this comment was so long)
