my guess for dread is that its a Haste mechainic, as we see that the player is clearly messing with the clock in the animation, like put a clock in his hand and its them setting the time back.

Well, it said fire _debuff_ so i think it probably means you could get a status effect from an entity or hazard. It’ll probably appear near your healthbar like the Herb of Viridis.
Now this may be a stupid idea but is that in certain rooms you dread will appear and I will be similar to halt in a way is when you in a dread rooms the screnlen turns grayish color and when you see the arrow will be clock wise or counter clock wise and you need to turn the clock minute arrow the same side you see it and then it loops until it stop and the room turn normal and maybe a badge for dread Idk
Wait guys is it Possible that Doors Floor 2/The Mines is coming out late Summer cuz LSPASH sayed in Twitter that it they wanna bring Floor 2 Early Summer but wont gonna happend so the chance is that Floor 2 Probally gonna come In late Summer maybe in In August so maybe Doors floor 2 us coming out in the Summer Holidays right?
If you read the name of the fire it says debuff so I'm thinking that this will either be seen in the seek Chase when chandeliers or something like that will be fallng or it will be during door 100 or 200 if it gets set on fire again if not that then I think there'd be some fire hazards or lava that will give you the fire debuff upon touching I think the fire debuff would probably drain your health quickly

No it doesn't take 1-3 weeks, hotel+, og release, modifiers, and hunt all came out 2-3 days after and they wouldn't make use wait that long anyways so yeah 3 more weeks baby🎉@@Doors-Pro7
