The mission of this Academy is twofold: 1) Help passionate lovers of Gregorian chant go from feeling helpless, hopeless and frustrated to competent, confident & dynamic singers/directors with depth of understanding and prayerful, artistic beauty, so they can fearlessly and joyfully sing the praises they love so much and pass it on to future generations, and 2) Restore Gregorian Chant (and sacred polyphony) to all Roman Liturgies around the world. "Gregorian Chant...should be given principle place in liturgical services." ~ Sacrosanctum Concilium art. 116 Recordings, Courses and Support: www.GregorianChantAcademy.com About Me: Raised in the Traditional Roman Liturgy from birth, I have assiduously studied & sung chant for 25 years & directed for 14 years. Praise God--thank you for sharing this exquisite gem which honors Heaven's "Red Rose," so worthily! It is such good news that you have been able to heal from the situation regarding vocal nodes, thanks be to God. In this age that seems to be filled with pseudo-beauty, your music radiates truth in tones so lovely that they may be well coming straight from the glorious dwelling of Eternal Holiness ! God bless and keep you!
God bless you, my Brother in Christ! And thank you for sharing your God-given voice and talent. I had been searching for SOLO Gregorian Chants like this until i found you and Floriani. I mentioned in another post that even though i hear one voice, you are not alone singing each piece... as if angels mystically add their touch to each note. 👼🏼🎼 Viva Cristo Rey✝️ Pray for us Mater Dei🙏🏽📿
I’ve loved this type of music long before becoming a catechumen. So far I've just been learning bits and pieces of random chants I come across by ear, but so glad I found this channel! Maybe this is the start of something beautiful. I would love to be able to singthese with confidence to elevate my prayer life and to honor God.
I have heard Gregorian Chant be called "the music of the angels". I hear one voice, but i feel in my bones, heart, and soul this gentleman is not alone singing this truly divine and sublime piece to St. Michael. God bless and thank you for sharing. Viva Cristo Rey✝️ Pray for us Mater Dei🙏🏽📿
God bless you and love you, my brother in Christ. This was sublime. This Chant along with your voice brought peace and love to your kids. I have tears in my eyes because of all the emotions going through me. I miss my daughters very much. Thank you for sharing. Viva Cristo Rey ✝️ Pray for us Mater Dei 🙏🏽📿
Wow. God expressing His beauty through your voice. Thank you for sharing this gift with the world at a time when we need more light and beauty in this dark and ugly world.
Pray that Gods will be done. No matter what that will may be… May we humbly kneel before you Lord. In Jesus we Pray. Mother Mary we pray. Holy Spirit we pray. With all the Saints we pray. With Saint Michael, his Heavenly Forces & all the Heavenly Choirs we pray. In the Armor of God we pray… In nomine Patris et Filii et Spiritus Sancti. Amen.
Thank you! It brought tears to my eyes because I say the requiem aeternam after every decade of the Holy Rosary, for my late wife and father and Sister Agnes Sasagawa who passed recently and to the holy souls in Purgatory. I always say the Rosary in Latin everyday.
I’m having an extremely hard day and your music is bringing calm and peace into my life. Thank you. Ps. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen square notation. It brings back happy music memories from choir practice many, many, years ago. 😊
Friends: this is an excellent idea, thank you. Please remember that some of us are technologically phobic and also not very confident when using technology. I for one would need a considerable patient "helping hand"...!
Stunning! Why in the .... Does the Novus Ordo even exist which has stolen away our Traditional Divine birthright? Jesus save Us from the post Conciliar mess.
