Hi, thanks for the advice. Q: im a NYC actor and was wondering what options/steps/etc exist if i want to start over..new Gmail, new social media (but without links to my old accounts), is that possible?tyvm.
Just a tip to improve your channel. Put the camera in front of you. Many other youtubers do that too while they drive you can look online for reference what kind of set up they have. Cuz right now the camera angle is distracting for both us(audience) & you(the driver) Edit: just checked your other videos. So you do have experience in front camera angles. The video you did 2 months ago on the Accord V6. Keep that camera angle. That's so much better. Like miles better the user experience is through the roof in that one
@@ShinjiIkari007 I disagree, plenty of RU-vidrs put the camera on the side window and it gives the viewer the experience of riding in the car with you. Also I do put the camera in front sometimes and my engagement is higher on the videos with the camera in the side window
After that being said, let’s unite the country instead of using this media to point fingers or blame someone. Let’s not put wood into the fire and move forward from here. We are Americans, neighbors, brother, sisters, husbands, wives, and you can go on. We are not enemies,
I have an 06 rev up manual that i absolutely love but i still want to upgrade to a hr just for that little bit of extra power, especially top end. Ive driven a lot of cars and the 350z is my favorite drivers car of the bunch.
I disagree that automated driving should even be optional. They should do their due diligence and mark a return to PROPER driving tests and driver education. People should learn to start driving with a manual, as this teaches and reinforces focus and driver engagement, and it leaves no hands free for a freaking smartphone. I refuse to place my life in the hands of some software engineer's code that's likely full of bugs and is secretly a beta version. Yes, today's sportscars/performance sedans are rolling bank vaults with 800 computers controlling everything from the headlights to the cigarette lighter. A lot of the added weight is in compliance with crash safety standards. The doors on today's vehicles are almost a foot thick in some models! The door to my '86 Camry's is about as thin as a slice of pizza. If the vehicles were lighter, you wouldn't need 700hp to only get you to sixty in 3.4 seconds or whatever. All of this bloat is ridiculous, unnecessary, and not requested from enthusiasts.
Tbh its quite impressive what they can do with heavier cars. Look at the new m2. It gained like 150kg / 300lbs more and is faster than ever. even from 0-60 4:20 On most sportier cars u can still disable the majority of driving aids ..
@@VxO4fame heavy cars can be fast in a straight line, but they pale in comparison to lightweight cars around corners….regardless of what technology you through at it
I use to be a car guy -- guess I still am at heart, but I've pretty much lost all hope. I don't aspire to own anything new -- none of it is appealing. It's all junk and it's all been destroyed in the name of technology and cost savings. iDrive 8 in BMWs SUUUUUCCKS! The 8 shortcut buttons are gone. Climate control buttons are gone. Heated seats and ventilated seats are now have to be turned on / off in software. Manual turning on of low beam headlights and PARKING LIGHTS are in iDrive. Was the turn-style headlight switch too complicated, for BMW? Even the HEATED STEERING WHEEL BUTTON is gone. Worse yet, what physical controls remain are touch capacitive garbage. It's ironic that a luxury brand implements massive cost-cutting measures and is rewarded with simpletons thinking it's a premium experience. Obviously it costs way less to slap a screen in a car than design, create, manufacture, test, inventory, and warranty a bunch of buttons that could go wrong. The Kool Aid drinkers will say use voice commands, but voice commands are slow and half baked at best. And everything being on a screen is massively distracting and dangerous. Buttons you can press without looking away from the road are way safer. Anyway, I won't buy another BMW until BMW undoes iDrive buttonless stupidity. And don't get me started on all the mechanical problems just about every manufacturer has had trying to eek out better mpg for the sake of emissions.
i have to say with owning a DE i have some conclusions after i started building it, a lot of people opt out for the DE because it’s cheaper and a great entry level motor,i’d say that the DE is very reliable and that many people get the De and the DE revup in oil consumption, the revup is the oi eater, and another conclusion is that a lot of people don’t know how to build a real DE, because of the fact that many owners of the DE cars are new car enthusiasts and want a cheap affordable car, leading to cheap affordable builds, with cams aftermarket manifold , e85 and test pipes you can make VHR numbers
E46 3 series remains the obvious example. Curb weight ranged from 3400 (coupe) to 3900 (wagon) lbs. The tech is window dressing. Fundamentally it's all about rotating wheels. How old is the wheel? BEV is overrated. Battery chemistry is hard limit. It's a political / religion problem. Re / manuals - See VW GTI mk 7 / 8. High take rate for manuals in N. America. Global market forced dropping it going forward.
I'm taking out a loan for one, a fairlady import haha... comes with roadside warranty and will be my first car, mum will kill me but I'm making my own money now 🎉🎉 no one learns their lessons by hearing it from others, it's all about experiencing them yourself 😂 will turn it into a track car when the repayments are done and get something more fuel economical
Originally I felt the Pikes Pearl White was the nicest color. When I purchased mine could not locate one. I still own a Chrome Silver 2004 from new. To me its the nices color. Never liked Brickyard (which is like a metalic plum), neither the Le Mans (which is like a metalic orange) or the Daytona Blue (its like a metalic royal blue), because it seemed that I would get tired of looking at those extreme colors. The 350z" came with 17" wheels in the base, enthusiast, automatic tourings, and convertibles. The standard tourings (18" wheels with tube like wheels) and the Tracks came with 18", but only the tracks came with the forged Rays wheels. Which are one piece wheels. I believe each year of came with a different special colors. First year was the Le Mans metalic orange, the second I believe was a metalic blue, and there was also liquid silver (slughtly diff to chrome silver), third year was a metalic yellow, I believe the last year was a different yellow ( like canary yellow). That's my recollection. The red and black looked nice when new, but, were more fade prone, and looked dull if not regularly polished.
I had 2 Accords a CA5 & a CD5. I looked at buying a CR-V but the only powertrain offered on the newer models is the L15 turbo + CVT no thanks I got a RAV4 instead.
I have two CRV's both with the 2.5 engines. I'm keeping both b/c 1.5 are crap. They added 1.5 and put a turbo on it add's nothing but expence for parta and labor to install. I've talked to mechanics who said that many returned to be repaired. Why, b/c you have to drive them alittle differantly. Start of easy for the first few miles to get the oil up to the turbo and on top of that before shutting off let it run to "cool down'. All because they think of added gas mileage, just plain BS b/c you get no more than a few more miles per gallon and headaches down the road. A new CRV....nope not untill they go back to what really works and lasts longer. They have to stand up to this stupid EPA BS and say "we can't add anymore cost to our vehicle line without cost and shutdowns and layoffs. 😒
My first car was a 95 Accord and I drove it to around 300k miles and parked it running. I then got the 2013 9th Gen Civic Si I still drive in 2018 and I really like the car. It's been super reliable and all I've really needed to do is basic maintenance so far. It's a K24 with around 200HP for anyone that doesn't know. I do have some rust which is a drag, but it starts every time I turn the key whether it's 110 degrees out or -10. It's been through snow storms and even a hurricane, but looking at what Honda makes right now, I don't see a single car I'd rather drive. If I had to make a list, I'd ask for more power (250HP should do it), better upholstery, Car Play/Android Auto, and better blind spot visibility. That's not a huge list for someone that's been driving a car for five years.
@@Contreramanjaro I leaned to drive manual on a 92 Accord back in the late nineties…loved that car, perfect size, smooth 5 speed…just did everything well.
The 1.5 turbocharged 2018 civic me and my wife got rid of cause its already having issues at 50k miles, we bought a 2002 accord with the legendary 2.4 engine cash it runs better which is crazy 😂
i think they started to go down when they switched to macpherson strut front suspension instead of the multi-link front (when the rsx came in); that was kind of the beginning of the end
