Phirni! Its been quite some time since I have made it. This dessert can is quick and easy to make and tastes so delicious. Thanks for rekindling the desire to make this dessert. In the modern-day hustle bustle, we tend to forget our traditional recipes. Such videos give an impetus to reconnect with such delightful recipes.
Lovely instant vegetable paniyaram. These munching bites look so dainty. Haven't yet made them using rice flour and plain flour. Will try your version too.
My MIL used to make a variation of these veggie paniyarams with leftover idli / dosa batter, your version with a mix of flours + semolina is very inviting, instant and kid friedly too ! loving it so much !

Any sort of paniyaram is our favourite. Make it at least once a week for brunch. Like how you mixed several flours and semolina. Probably gives it a different texture. Will try the recipe.
These instant recipes are really handy and time saving. Paniyarams definitely look so light and healthy. We can have them for brunch too. This is one of our favourites. In fact just yesterday hubby was asking me why I haven't made them since a long time.
Methi ni Puri is so much similar to our puri making. You have used fresh methi, a very good way of making use of methi when in season. The puri look so dainty and beautiful puffed up to their fullest. Would just grab and devour them! Nice one👌
