Hi! Welcome to my official youtube channel. I am excited to share my ideas about nutrition, exercise, and anything in between! I am most commonly known for following the carnivore diet as my diet fits under those guidelines, although I view my diet as a focus on nutrient dense animal foods.
I have applied both logic and science to create the highest vitamin diet with the least amount of inflammation, only consuming foods that our ancestors would have; whether its from a practical availability amount or not consuming an apple that has been modified to be 5x its original size.

Very great advice. First tried liver at a resturaunt where I ordered beef liver that got over cooked to shit. Tried making it on my own with calf liver, and made sure not to over cook it. They were two completely different foods, the latter being miles ahead.
My headache started the same week the 5G towers went up 1/2 block away; 4 years later I'll try this solution; thanks! I've tried everything else; fit as a fiddle but the head!

Don't fix what's not broken. Golden rule. I guess eyes are straight, the issue is, that bone was shaved off, so eye went in back a little, so it makes this illusion.
When those cheekbone implants were swollen. If you look it Up, you looked amazing. You also had a slimmer face. Leave the eyes alone and work on the other parts maybe,
my suggestion is to continue doing gentle eye exercises (just looking left and right up and down). rest a lot and it hopefully will resolve on its own. about a decade ago my experience of my eyes was a sense of cross eye from wearing a too strong prescription of glasses. just relaxing more really helped me resolve that:)

carnivore is eating disorder cult and its been formed by aliens to cause as much colon cancer as possible...remember your old grandma or grandpa who lived 90+ years never ever had fad diets with only eating red meat like crazy nuthead or just grass as vegan...balance local fresh foods fasting movement relaxation and social life and good sleep is the key...

I honestly don't think it has anything to do with the doctor from eye ear hospital, there's just some sort of asymmetry going on that I can't put my finger on. You can see it when you blink the left eye almost seems deeper set than the right. If he did anything to the upper and lower lids it just seems like the top lid is heavier on the left and tighter than the right one on the bottom and it is exacerbating something very mild to look worse than it is. It's hard to say exactly as you are in 2d obviously. It's not worth hiding from the world over... You need to address the vision issues for sure though.
Frankie, why would you get a lower blethpharoplasty (?) in your early 30's??? Why aren't you specifying the procedure to your audience? Cut the narcissism, Son, stick to a good GF, do not bring any more curses down on yourself with the you-know-what lifestyle. Frankie I made a cage for my bed with aluminum mesh screen, double layered on all sides with a copper wire connected running into the ground outside. Inside the cage I still get perfect cell service and WiFi signal? Any advice?

I never understood the appeal to gym life. It's stuffy, loud, smelly and you get to handle other people's skin juice all day. No thanks. Get some free weights (they're cheap) and go outside. Hell just standing in your driveway would be better. Fresher air. Sun and you lift weights. Much more along the lines of what USED to be the environment that people got buff in. Before body building became this odd fashion phenomenon.
Why are there so many comments in this section saying things like "find God" or "you need Jesus"? I understand that's a common thing to see in most forums including much of RU-vid, but seems like a lot on a (former?) carnivore guy's vlog.
