Your diet is very similar to the ones pushed in saturated fat on Reddit .there some people eat so many carbs and don't gain weight so I think it works.

I heard that if you take supplements regularly, your body will become dependant upon them and you will feel ill if you suddenly don't take them. And since they don't benefit you in any way, you may aswell not take them in the first place. If he feels tired he should take a nap or eat a snickers bar, instead of wasting money on homeopathic medicine.
