Just gonna put it out there, you may need copper. Just sip on copper water from a copper bottle brudda. The energy i get from that small amount is incredible. I do think that's a problem for people that drink out of tap. Not for us if we use bottle water and distilled water. My distiller has a copper coil but it's definitely not leeching out any bio available copper so I had to get a copper bottle and it's amazing.

I can’t believe sugary sorbet messes with your sleep. The ONLY thing that get me sleeping 6 hours or more straight is carb and sugar loading before bed, like minutes before bed. If I don’t I wake up at 3am every night. Do you know why this is? I’d prefer to not eat so much sugar every night just to sleep

Kratom is great. But tolerance does increase over time. Would be really curious what your thoughts and approach to Kratom are Frankie. I've personally used it in the past, and ended up quitting. I had only been taking it for about a year. Maybe 7-9 grams per day by the end. It was difficult to quit. Uncomfortable. Better to just go cold turkey in my opinion. Its going to be uncomfortable either way and no reason to prolong that by tapering. But yeah, would be really curious your thoughts on kratom in general, and how best to approach / use it. Substance dependence (in certain terms) can sneak up on oneself, and be a pretty slippery slope
I would say listen to your body, just try to focus on eating well sourced foods, as best you can, and cook yourself as much as you can. Me personally, I would generally say, try to eat more meat and animal products, try to make meat the main part of your meal. Whatever type of meat you're truly craving. My body seems to require lots of red meat, but your body may not be the same. And well, it's summer. I definitely do eat lighter foods in the summer. In the summer I crave more juice, fruit, smoothies, and salads. In the winter I want heavy fatty, hearty, meaty foods.
Guys just remember, before you cast a neg at Frankie, most people under-obsess about their diet. Being a whiz kid on food and diet, is an exception, it is rare.
