😅 To be honest, when I first heard this, I thought, "How could someone say that? How on earth can we be similar to each other?" We're not even from the same country. But as time passed and more people said the same thing, I started to think maybe there are some similarities! However, in my own opinion, we are not that similar.
What do you mean by detail? What other things do you want me to include? What other things do you wish were included in the video but weren't? I'm asking these questions so that I can reflect, get some feedback, and refine future videos.
@@DailyAtomicSteps How to make that calendar? Can we skip a day while tracking our habits? Or we have to start again? How many habits we can track at one time for consistency? For example, when we try to do so many thing we don't consistently follow that habits
Hi. Can you give a detailed feedback? What other things do you wish were included in the video but weren't? I'm asking these questions so that I can reflect, get some feedback, and refine future videos.
hi i recommend you to read "Atomic Habits" i know it's a bit of hassle but trust me you won't be the same person again after reading that books & you will get answers to all your questions there
And also I suggest "Tiny Habits" by BJ Fogg as well. But as @leeinspace mentioned, "Atomic Habits" is far better for starting. Because it is more motivational.
@@aishityadav Addiction arises from excessive pressure and stress, or inadequate tolerance. Overcome it by increasing resilience and engaging in enjoyable activities, such as watching RU-vid videos that activate dopamine release. I suggest watching food and travel vlogs, socializing, enjoying favorite foods, and more. Minimize excessive gaming, fapping, movie-watching, story-reading, and other unproductive habits to avoid dullness. Balance by including activities like hitting the gym, studying, and nutritious eating for increased well-being and appreciation of entertainment.
I haven't read his forum posts, but I enjoyed his book. Even if he comes across as a snob, why not consider his ideas? We can learn something from everyone, regardless of their personality. There's a great quote by Ali ibn Abi Talib that applies here: "Look to the message, not the messenger."
This just gave me all the hope I needed!!!! I remember I created a lifestyle for myself of getting up at 5am and I was so anxious of building a new habit because of how hard this one was 😂😂 this system give me way more flexibility and creativity plus a way of scaling my current habits to new levels by setting new floors for my “Showing Up” section if I want to take things to the next level. Thank you man!!!
I don't say this often... this might be actually the first time I'm saying this. But I really appreciate your videos. Sure, there are some good videos on RU-vid, but each one of your videos resonate with me on another level for some reason. So keep up the good job and thank you very much!
I tried the Speaky app after watching your video, I didn’t do anything just signed up then went to bed. In the morning I have received over 15 messages all from male users…
I can't even imagine how tough it is to message 450 people, I'm so exhausted after just the first day. it's seriously difficult to find someone who genuinely wants to practice English and is willing to chat on speaking apps.
Sometimes i'm a bit torn as to whether to use an app or old fashioned pen and paper. I think both work - I just hate when I go on holiday and then I cant take my calendar with ! There's an app I've been using called Flexi Habit, that is actually good with tracking habits like these though. But yeah i guess I like both methods hey.
I watched some of your videos like months ago, and i applied the habit tracking system into my life, it help SO MUCH!! i used a lot of methods before, these didnt work well, but yours does, it's simple and efficient, looking forward your next videos! Thanks again!
Give it a try for a couple of days and then you can decide which one do you like. But Obsidian is a note-taking app which one of its plugins has this feature. You can find tutorials for this app and especially how to add flashcards at: www.youtube.com/@ObsidianTutorial/videos
Awesome! I had the same idea but hadn’t worked out the details. You did the leg work for me and I look forward to putting it into action. Thanks for sharing.
I am late millenial and this reminds me of the forums, blogs and tumblr we used a lot until 10 years ago. It makes so much sense and I miss the time youtube and insta was also like that. Loved the video and your energy! Made my day :)
hello my question is that if i wanted to check every failure and right it on the journal as a reminder for what i should improve the next week how should i proceed??
