So how can we update a single column in lists using the same form but referencing the ID that was created by lists? Basically they select a new item option on the form it creates the list with the data that they enter like start time and item. They can then go back to the same form and select enter end time. I want it to update end time for that ID and nothing else.
Fairly confident I followed this verbatim. When I create a new item on the calendar - it creates two in my SP list. If i edit it, it updates one and leaves the other alone. Thoughts?
Poorly worded title. This is NOT for connecting a SharePoint List to Excel, updating the list from Excel. This is for connecting Excel to a SharePoint List, updating Excel from the list.

We have a 'dashboard' sharepoint site for my company which has direct ULR shortcuts to other files in another sharepoint site. Both sites are configured to open in Client app, but because we are using URL shortcuts to the files to another site, all the files open in the browser tab. Changing the setting you highlighted in the video only works for files directly hosted in that sharepoint site. Do you have any suggestions on how I can make shortcuts work? Thank you.
Hi mate! Great video, I got it setup and works quite well. Of someone edits the calendar from Sharepoint, with current logic, it wont write back to the Outlook calendar. Did you find a solution to this? Is there a way to make the calendar read only from the sharepoint side? Thanks again
Since the SharePoint is receiving events from the outlook calendar it will not update it, that's how it is set in the Power Automate. You will probably need to set the trigger to update items FROM SharePoint TO Outlook Calendar. As for the read only, you should have site permissions for the SharePoint list/Calendar.

i went through these steps and also went into my other settings to turn it off and for a few minutes it stays off but comes back on, even after restarting the computer

Thank you for the informative video. I am trying this feature at work and i am not sure how to see who has registered to attend my event? I am not notified and i am the organizer. Please can you advise how to track registration? When i click attendance there is no information as the event has not run yet
Hi Lui, that was awesome and was really helpful for me. On top of it I tried making the update flow more simpler for me. In the updated case, I had my first action as "get items" and under that, I used a filter query where I compared my event identifier with the event identifier that I am getting from outlook action, and when the condition matches, I got the correct item from the SharePoint list and post that update item was my last action and and that’s how I made it more simpler. let me know if you see any gaps in this.
