Bonjour, pour éviter les déconnexions il faut couper le wifi du téléphone ou utiliser un cordon OTG de bonne facture (blindé). Si vous garder celui d'origine coupé le wifi du tel. et ne faite pas passer le cordon entre le tel et la radio (plutôt en arc de cercle vers l’extérieur.)
Friend I have the same problem with my Zino Mini Pro after the last update. Now the connection between the aircraft and the controller has stopped for good. Did you manage to solve this problem with your ZMP?
Io ne ho comprati tre per vedere se avevo sempre lo stesso problema ... sfocatura su uno dei lati della camera, anche se il gimbal non si è mai disconnesso per fortuna. Si sicuro i bollini che appiccicano "QC OK" sono dei fake e devono far uscire il drone. Tanto il problema è di chi lo compera... Su tre droni, tutti e tre due avevano sfocatura su lato sinistro e uno sul destro.
Found this and followed the directions on my Samsung Galaxy S20 5G FE to enable USB debugging and set USB Default. www.hubsan.com/support/files/products/ZINO/ct/connectTutorial.pdf It fixed my constant "USB Disconnected" which severely limits flight range.
I have another Hubsan Zino Mini Pro gimbal issue. The error message "Gimbal is under protection, please check if the gimbal is stuck". I have contacted service center back and forward through email more than 23 times, but the issue cannot be fixed. I repeated to remove the cables between the gimbal and mainboard again and again for more then 5 times, even I followed the instruction which they sent me the video. It doesn't fix the gimbal issue. Firmware has been updated and all the feature and function are working probably except the gimbal issue. I don't know who long I have to wait for the solution of this issue can be fixed. Just want to share the issue I am facing and hope that the Service center needs to make more effort to fix the customer issue.
I never find a stable gimbal video without jellos for zino mini pro, including mine, but lots of customers think it's not very easy to note in a small mobile phone's screen.
My Drone Mini Zino have the same problem and Hubsan sent a video that says I should remove the gimbal and fix the fittings. To no avail ! I lost my money buying this drone!

Could hardly ever get mine to take off !!!! usb disconnected, aircraft disconnected, Geomagnetic sensor failed to initionlize, and after wasting a cycle on the battery yet again it would never pick up enough satellites to enable flight, sent Hubsan all the screenshots and flight logs, but nothing from them !!!!!!
Me too having USB disconnect problem, but only on ground . Yesterday did updates and connected without problem. I thing it's phone problem with security app monitoring ...

My zino mini pro also have same problem, the gimbal not functioning, appear same error code. My seller already claim the broken parts from hubsan and still waiting the new parts. Very bad..only 3 weeks bought
Non gettare la spugna così presto. E' vero hai avuto delle vicissitudini che ti hanno fatto perdere (a ragione) la pazienza. Ma Hubsan sta investendo molto e ci sta credendo ancor di più in questo piccoletto. In ogni caso in bocca al lupo ;)
I'm also facing the same issue. People keep telling me that the cable is bad, I have to take my phone cover off and so on and so on. This is not the issue with the cable. If the cable is bad, then the disconnection will be only between RC and phone, BUT the RC also lost connection with ZMP. Totally lost control of the drone even it's only a few meters away.

Ciao Komax! Che sfortuna, speriamo che l'assistenza Hubsan possa risolvere questo problema. Io ho avuto una brutta esperienza con il mio Hubsan Zino durante la mia ultima vacanza. La batteria e' morta completamente senza motivo al 78% di carica facendo cadere il drone al suolo. Per fortuna e' caduto su terreno morbido ed e' ancora funzionante. Non so quanto fidarmi di questa marchio, momentaneamente ho acquistato un DJI Mini 2 per provarlo.
Everybody has to wake up one way or another and this is not the way to find out that this drone is a piece of shit cuz there's videos out showing the issues with this drone.
I opened the drone and pressed in the various connectors, the error disappeared I made a flight all ok, shortly after I started getting connection errors, first between controller and drone, then between controller and iphone. On the second flight gimbal again in error. Now it doesn't even connect anymore, I looked back at the videos made and out of two one is completely corrupted and impossible to open. I think I received a defective model unfortunately. Hubsan was quick to answer me but I think unfortunately there is nothing to be done and I will have to change the drone or ask for a refund.

Ciao Luka mi hanno risposto dall'assistenza con una procedura da fare, devo smontare il pezzo che tiene la gimbal e vedere se i collegamenti sono apposto. Nel pomeriggio lo faccio e ti faccio sapere.
@@lukappaseidue niente da fare l'operazione inizialmente ha funzionato, dopo il primo volo di nuovo errore, sicuramente c'è qualche cavo o saldatura che non va. Oltre tutto ora si disconnette dal telecomando dopo pochi secondi, e a sua volta l'iphone esce il comando "cavo usb disconnesso" quando è perfettamente inserito, aggiungi anche che ho fatto due video, uno è corrotto e non si apre neanche e l'altro ha un effetto jello pauroso, credo proprio che il mio drone sia difettoso. Aspetto l'assistenza per capire cosa devo fare. Ma sono deluso.
I have received instructions from hubsan customer service to attempt a repair without sending it back, I will keep you updated. Ho ricevuto le istruzioni dal servizio clienti di hubsan per tentare una riparazione senza rispedirlo indietro, vi tengo aggiornati.
Ciao Komax ho il tuo stesso problema, ho contattato il supporto clienti e mandato qualche video del drone con l'errore gimbal error 0*0002. Non mi hanno ancora risposto. Posso gentilmente sapere cosa ti hanno proposto? Reset del drone oppure aprire manualmente il drone per staccare il gimbal e riattaccarlo? Grazie mille
Man that's really sad. Had my hopes up for this one as it has all the features I want in a mini but like you said the QC is poor. They rushed this to market, don't know why. You don't put unfinished product out, period! Maybe in a year they may have enough firmware updates to fix everything. Looks like I'll be waiting for the DJI Mini 3 and just hope it has all the features of the Zino Mini Pro. Of course, with all the problems people are having with this Zini Mini Pro, DJI may not be in a rush now to get their latest mini out. A lot of people are changing their minds about purchasing the Zino Mini Pro now including me. Too bad, as I have an original Hubsan H501S and H109S High Edition and they fly great.
But after one year all warranty ended, cannot claim if anything happen. I already bought zino mini pro 3 month ago, the gimbal already broken, Hubsan send me a new gimbal. I am worried next year after warranty expired it will happen again. very sad
