A humble RU-vid channel from an avid flight simmer, trying to bring more realism to everyone's flight simulation experience by following real world aircraft manuals, FCOMs and FCTMs.
Hey Man, awesome tutorial i have a question though. Whenever i spawn the 737 i don’t have the digital SAI but it is split into two instruments instead. Do you know how to change it?
To say this is the best airliner flight tutorial I have ever watched doesn't begin to do justice to this masterpiece of applied knowledge and mastery. Your work on this tutorial is simply the best in class. Thank you for the extraordinary amount of effort it took to make this video. It is clearly a labor of love and a wonderful gift to the flight sim community. I am hoping you will continue to make videos of this caliber, and for my part I will point everyone I can to view them.
Amazing tutorial mate!! But i have a simple problem, that is that i can´t open the door that leads to the passenger area... idk why it seems to be broken. Do u know how can i fix this?! Thanks!!
Wow! Just stumbled on your video. Tremendous content. My notebook is now full of useful information that I did not derive from the manuals. Mille Grazia! Added to my favorites, as I will be referring back to refresh my notes!
Hi there, someone usually uses the "you are the best" phrase but in your case, you are really the best!! I really enjoy your videos, you have a special way of explaining your tutorials, thank you very much from the bottom of my heart because I have learned many aircrafts thanks to you, take care my friend!!
I love how complete this video feels. Very few channels cover all these procedures on ground before/after the flight where a lot of important stuff happens. My dream is one day to be able to do a transatlantic flight, with winter conditions at departure and destination, starting cold and dark, and ending with securing the airplane 🙂
Excellent tutorial, one of the best I've seen. You demonstrated a deep level of understanding of every aspect you covered in the video and a casual familiarity that could only have come from long hours of practice and experience. I especially enjoyed the risk assessment and briefing before takeoff.
You are that type of instructor that deserves more views than these other videos. Your communication, the mouse key pointing, and being technical in a thorough way is a breath of fresh air. It shows you truly understand not just the instructing process but also the learning process for others to grasp. I love that you took a step back several times throughout to fill in the knowledge transfer. I'm all for flying the 757 and 767 and this is fantastic. Thanks sir
Wow! Great job! This is the tutorial I was looking for. It took me 3 days to get through the whole thing, but worth every minute. I learned a ton. Your SOP's will be in the flight deck on every trip. Very thorough.
I know you put a huge effort in your videos so I do not want to be to demanding. But I respectfully would cheer you up to consider making one of your GREAT tutorials to Rotate's MD11! <3 Thanks for your work.
Thank you very much for your comment. I would love to tackle the MD11 but unfortunately I have put X-Plane on the back shelf at the moment and I am not investing money in it, the MD11 regrettably being too expensive to buy just to make a tutorial. Hopefully the one for MSFS will come out soon and I might create a tutorial with that one.
@@matteochewie4373 I am sorry to hear. I can understand that. X-Plane addons indeed they are very expensive. Anyway, looking forward to hear you talk about MD11 systems and its FCOM. No matter the sim you use anyway: That's what I love of your videos. You teach the actual plane. :)
What scenery do you use? I use the X-Asia scenery and the buildings are too tall on approach. It's either I do a very steep approach which is really hard, or I just go through them.
Thank you sir! My quest of finding the best A350 in a PC sim took me to the FF A350 and i'm very much looking forward to flying this plane. This tutorial is very well put together. Clear, straight forward and complet. Very much appreciated!
impressive knowledge and professionalism sir , currently making the transition from fsx to x,plane . x,plane looking more like the more overall study platform
The panel where the COM frequencies are tuned is quite different from the MSFS A300. Is that a difference because of older A300 model, or just not implemented in the MSFS version? I see no option to retrieve VATSIM data?
That newer style panel will soon be introduced to the MSFS version. For now to access Simbrief data you need to press Menu on the MCDU and then import Simbrief data from ACARS.
Howdy Mateo, I’ll be adding the 76 type to my license. Wanting to get jump on training I’d like to set up a little home sim. Couple of questions: 1) Looks like you’re using XPlane 11? 2) What computer are you using? Speed? 3) How much RAM? And how many gig HD? 4) How did you get a Boeing app on your EFB? Is that a subscription service? 5) Are you using AVSIM for your your flights and FMC flight plan inputs? Thank you in advance. Excellent, truly superb training vid!
Hi Matteo. Your tutorials are incredible. As a simmer for fifteen years never seen anyone with such insight and dedication. Thanks for what you do. Have a request. Wondering if you could do a tutorial on the new Rotate MD 11 for X Plane 12. Thanks.
Thank you very much for your kind comment, it's really appreciated!! I'm afraid I have stopped investing in X-Plane and I am now mostly simming on MSFS. I would love to try the MD11 but I'm afraid it's too expensive considering I hardly use X-Plane nowadays 😔
@@matteochewie4373 Thank you for responding. This loss represents sad times for X Plane simmers. Eternal grateful for all you have done. Enjoy MSFS. All the best.
hello, since I haven't found any decent working kai tac scenery for xplane12 I tried to follow this guide, when I oppened xp12 it said the ins stuff wasn't recognised cause it was written in different format from plane 11 to xplane12, but unfortunately that wasn't the only problem, when I loaded in I was missing all the terminals and tac tower.. but I didn't care that much honestly, so I did a flight with the 742 just to test out kai tak, ZGGG-VHHX, I had a lot of difficulties on approach since there was no checkerboard and leading light... any help?
I have a question with ATC clearance. It is not better to ask ATC clearance before doing the DIFSRIP? Just to be sure that we have the good takeoff runway for the flight plan page?
Mr. Chewie. Thank you for the great tutorial. You are thorough and right to the point. Your work behind the scenes to present such professional demonstration is well appreciated.
