Overall, inspiring work! A further Modern Mike modern-twist could include spraying the golden light fixture above the sink the same colour as the faucette...imo it would tie in better with the appliances more than the tone of the cabinets.
5 grand isnt bad for a modern kitchen renovation. you did a great job, this looks fantastic for a rental property those tenants are lucky their future landlord actually cared to improve the quality of living. even fixing the venting through the attic was a considerate addition.

I'm glad I waited till the end for the explanation of the income property being the reason for not pushing it too modern (not that things need to be too modern) but my main thought was 'why not do something with the cabinet doors/colour?' but that makes perfect sense and I think it'll work great for your future tenants. You should be proud!

why did you use underlayment on some of the floor and not on the other floors? do you need to use underlayment on OSB and do not need to use on existing hardwood flooring?

excellent video. i have watched many flooring videos and confused about underlayment. Some say you need an underlayment with LVP and some say no? I did my upstairs in LVP and i did not use a foam or any type of underlayment. Is underlayment needed or no?
Loved it! That is the newest trend these days. I was going to do a wall that my TV is on. But at the bottom, when you do well dirt get under the small gap? How can that be fixed?
i feel like ive seen most of this already in a previous video? was there a timeline crossover to make this in depth video about the cabinets? i dont know why but i remember the marble counter tops already being made and installed
That is so much work. Great job except the mirror, too much light for me it will hurt me eyes. I would also choose a round shape mirror with a frame. Modern decoration style and renovation is too cold and unbalanced.
