Do you know if it is possible to create a functioning suburb on a remote island only connected by ferries to the main city? Do the cims use the ferry to go to work etc? Can industries located on an island work properly without a road connection to the outside as long as the island has a cargo port?
Ey you can also just butcher animal until you have x meat. You can even make a separate bill for large corpses iirc so you could butcher forever small corpses and butcher tillX meat large corpses
been playing this game for YEARS... it NOW just hit my to put shelves in my food freezer to triple the space! -_- thank you for the video T_T been using them for gear, weapons, medical supplies, trash...just never food...
Is it possible to get better road naming conventions? I don't like it how when a road is obviously ending and it loops onto the next street, making some weird city blocks

@@raymc5699 Thanks for the kind words. : ) Also, you can absolutely do this! Just make sure you've opened the roads menu first, then the resource info view. It'll stay up as you place your roads. At least in vanilla - I'm not familiar with if any mods interrupt this.
I usually merge lab and kitchen as both needs to be clean at anytime. I separate hospital though because of all the bleeding and stuff that they make the room dirtier. Bigger sterile floor rooms have more cleanliness but there's a maximum cap for it though
It has a lower upkeep so when you start the game you wouldn't instantly get bankrupt by having to keep that large ass bridge while barely having your little hamlet up 😅
Imagine charging all your poor (literally and figuratively) industry unlearned workers high parking prices, you are just asking for them to remain poor 😢
Uhh ofc maintenance cost are different. It will wreck you instant if it wasn’t adjusted while playing the compain. Its there, it should not bankrupt you directly…

Funny thing for a new player here. I didn't know I could make back ups like I can in Satisfactory. My city is almost a hundred hours old at 120k population and on the verge of a huge death spiral. I think it has to do with my terrible road structure. I just don't know what to do since the fixes I need to do will kill off my residential area level 5 buildings. I don't play with mods. But, that move it mod would probably help. I am bad at this game. I don't know how to fix my problems other than losing population by fixing my roads and making 30k or more homeless people, lol. At least, if I fixed the roads, I could actually make some ok transit options other than my terrible bus layouts. September 10th is coming soon for Satisfactory 1.0 and I picked up this game to try it out.
