I enjoyed watching your video. I have owned and ridden a Triumph Model H, a Douglas 2 3/4 Hp WD and a Vickers/Matchless machine gun outfit (see internet). All had their merits and demerits. The Douglas had two gears no clutch and no kick starter! The Triumph was better in slow moving traffic and amongst troops but all were exceptional for the time.
The Triumph and the Douglas are now displayed at the Sammy Miller Museum and the Vickers/Matchless is on display at Bovington Tank Museum. I restored all three just over 25 years ago and they were bought by The British Motorcycle Charitable Trust over recent years.
sure! During active periods of the sun, like we are in now, sun spots and other storms on the suns surface bring strong magnetic fields above the surface of the sun. These fields funnel the charged hot plasma that makes up the atmosphere of the sun through them. Some of them are huge and powerful and the displays they make are amazing. Let me know if that helps.
Ha! Why would you think this is fake? Hundreds of amateurs take videos of the sun's chromosphere every day, and you can access a dozen live feeds from professional telescopes in the public domain.
The folks who wrongly insist that AR15 means "assault rifle 15" must be going into fetal position and screaming at the sky at the thought of a solar flare, aimed at earth, being called - AR3576.
I stumbled on your video last week and was nearly through the whole thing before I recognized you. I came up with Rick on Friday and thanks to your video, I got to show my wife what it was really like. Also a big thanks to you and your wife for letting us use your scooters to see the sites! Loved Mid Ohio Vintage Days 23!
