Awesome stuff. Can we get access to the workout plans. I have done the 30 day one on RU-vid twice and saw great results now I'm picking them here and there, would love a new plan to follow.
I have done all the exercises in linear fashion means first done 3 sets of exercises one then moved to second exercise and i done floor press on bench means bench press now i am feeling exhausted

There is no right or wrong answer to this as there are variables to consider. For example, you can perform the same actions but change your tempo, intensity, add supersets, dropsets, etc. As for switching every two weeks - go for it! 💪
This work out is awesome! 75# w/ bar and weight. 50 minutes. This circuit is killer if you add more weight. First 2 rounds i was doing 95# amd restarted it because by the 5th round I was gassed.

Hello Rob! I did the tour and feel specially the core workout. Exercises like mountain climbers, push ups with rotations, jump lunges or skaters requires stabilization muscles keeping right contraction position to do the correct movements. Otherwise, reciently I watched a coach not recomending russian twist because it is highly lessive for the compression in spinal bones. Thanks a lot for the video.
@@BlueStarNutraceuticals i watch your videos regularly and try to do same exercises but i am seeing that there are only dumbbell exercises i think i should try something new i think now i should go to buid muscles

@@BlueStarNutraceuticals but there is a problem in this program as there is one day rest and one day workout in week 1 3 and 5 sundays are coming but on sunday gym is off so how can i manage this
I done dumbbell burpees and jumping in only first two rounds i feel dying but i done all the rest of excercises in four rounds after third round i was feeling quitting but i completed four rounds with dumbells
