Question is about same routine, How long before you switch your routine? I was thinking about trying every 2 weeks.

There is no right or wrong answer to this as there are variables to consider. For example, you can perform the same actions but change your tempo, intensity, add supersets, dropsets, etc. As for switching every two weeks - go for it! 💪

Hey there, Rob, my man! Love you and your shirtless workouts. You said something about me that I learned and is true: lack of warm ups is a set up for failure. Usually I just go straight into the main workout without warming up or stretching. I think I also need to watch the meat consumption I have, because every evening, I will eat either a chicken breast, 2 tilapia fish fillets, or pork tender loin with some veggies for dinner. But starting yesterday, I'm just going to eat steamed vegetables for dinner; wet uncooked oatmeal with protein powder.
