Ich habe einen mercedes w177 Bj 2019. Laut Carly Support ist es nicht möglich, irgenwelche Kodierungen durchzuführen. Eigentlich wollte ich die Start-Stop-Automatik deaktivieren. Geht nicht. Carly hat angeblich bei mehreren Kodierern nachgefragt. Mercedes hätte da vorgebaut. Nach einem Neustart ist wieder alles beim Alten. Wäre seit Jahren so. Wie kann ich es doch noch schaffen?

This is not possible for my i3s in which i mounted a new battery yesterday. The app "Battery registration is not available for the currently selected model!. I bought Carly only for this purpose so to say that I am disappointed is an understatement!

I have already dome this but they cannot solve it. You are only offering me a 20% refumd but I want a full refund as the battery registration was the sole reason for me purchasing Carly premium. The support has not answered my demand for a full refund which doesn’t feel serious.

Don’t get the negative comments on here, just connected to my Audi A6 2012 and threw up codes that i kind of already knew but has confirmed what i thought and I can repair myself. I bought mine for £47.91 with a deal they were doing and the apps free? Dunno if I have to pay again next year or not but happy so far.

Wenn ich den Batteriezustand in meinem Z4 e89 überprüfen möchte, werde ich aufgefordert, ein Update für den Adapter herunterzuladen. So einfach, wie hier dargestellt, ist es in der Praxis dann doch nicht! Habe heute in meinem M2 eine neue - baugleiche - Batterie eingebaut und wollte diese registrieren. Verbindung mit Adapter und der wiederum mit Auto hat funktioniert und es wird auch das richtige Fahrzeug in der Übersicht angezeigt. Versuch der Registrierung schlägt aber fehl, weil angeblich der Motortyp nicht identifiziert werden konnte. Was muss da denn identifiziert werden, wenn das Fahrzeug (und der Motor) der App schon bekannt ist? Man braucht die App ja nur selten, kann sich aber anscheinend nicht darauf verlassen, wenn doch mal etwas ansteht.

Fragen bleiben aber....beim E82 AGM Batt. zum Laden ausgebaut, leider haben wir in der Tiefgarage keinen Stromanschluss, muss die Batterie nach dem Laden und Wiedereinbau im System angemeldet werden? In einem anderen Forum wird darauf hingewiesen das die Batterien nur über die Starthilfekontakte im Motorraum geladen werden soll. Warum ging da nicht hervor, geladen wird mit einem Ctek. Gibt es hierzu logische Erklärungen?

Ja mein Gott das Teil ist auch nicht von Himmel gefallen, das da einige kosten dazu kommen ist selbstverständlich, für die ganze Updates und Wartung der App kümmert sich halt jemand und die müssen auch entlohnt werden, also stellt euch nicht so an, entweder Ihr kauft es oder ihr lass es.

Weil es gibt eine Auswahl von Audi RS Q3, nur leider nicht das neue Modell von ab 2019. Warum ist das so? Ich möchte mein Modell auch verbinden können.
@@carly-connectedcar3745wäre super wenn es demnächst ein update dazu gibt oder ist es trotzdem kompatibel? Wenn ja welche Auswahl? Fände es sehr schade wenn es fast bei jeden Audi Modell geht, aber für mein Audi RS Q3 (F3) 2019 Sportback sehr schade und enttäuschend
