I have done many flushes over the year and on one occasion I felt a sharp pain in the gallbladder area around 2am - by the time my bowels finished emptying - on the last bowel move I passed two stones which looked like two large meteriorite shaped stones about 1.5cm - creamy in colour which certainly weren't soap! They were hard to touch. The gall bladder issues stopped. 🤷🏼♀️
I appreciate the info dr.k, instinctually i just feel its really weird to eat other animals food. Cows (and others) milk is weird, and taking bee food is also really weird. Theres enough evidence suggesting that the harvesting of honey isnt really beneficial to wild bee populations, and thats enough for me to stop eating it.
i love how doctors never talk about the underlying problems with the statin big pharma drug that can contribute to stones. and just how dangerous & inflammatory sugar is to the cardiovascular system.
I have recently adopted a whole foods plant based diet because I had prostate issues along with high blood pressure, chronic fatigue etc. The benefits in just several weeks have been astonishing . Improved urinating, improved energy and can breathe better than I have in years....I was a high protein, meat, fried eggs guy but not anymore, im now on the path to recovery and restoring my overall health....this diet is now for life....I only eat real whole foods, mainly complex Carbohydrates....😊
What about polyps in the gallbladder and how do you get rid of them? Some say to reduce the kapha in your system. That mucus in the system causes polyps.
Hi Dr Klaper, I am absolutely in shock. I have just had a blood test and been told my cholesterol is high (I am 40 years old). I eat mainly a wholefoods plant based diet, eating plenty of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes, etc and very little in processed foods. I am very slightly overweight, I don't drink or smoke. The only thing I am guilty of is not getting enough exercise. Please can you offer some advice on what I can do? I am genuinely confused and shocked; I thought by eating a WFPB diet I'd avoid the risk of a heart attack, stroke etc. Now I'm genuinely very concerned, despite my efforts to eat healthy. Many thanks.
My doctors nurse who has been constipated since a kid like me told me a brand of sea moss she started taking That cured her lifelong constipation. Of course I can’t find where I put it in my phone but I think I’ll give it a go.
I was about to get this surgery about 3 days ago after 12 hrs of thee most horrific pain I've ever lived through, did half cup of olive oil & half cup lemon juice. Laid on my right side. Thx God Almighty i didn't need the surgery and kept my bladder, im recovering now.🙏
Dr. Burns should DEFINITELY write a book about the history of veganism/vegitarianism. I would love to read that!! This was fascinating. Strengthened my resolve to be vegan to learn that this had been on the minds of people throughout history and that compassion for animals and the health benefits of plant-based eating are not new notions. Thank you!
These doctors want to do surgery and make money.i was advised do do Sergey by 7 doctors and I just tried before surgery this gall stone flush from a chnise doctor.i have done this in 2012 and lots of stone are flushed out . after flush the scan report show less stones.so I do it once a year and it really hels
Very well presented! It was very interesting to learn how even as far back as ~2,500 years ago, in certain societies where food may have been abundant enough so that food choices were available, the thinkers were pondering the ethics of animal-based food consumption from a point of view beyond nutrition. I thought this was more of a modern philosophical discussion...damn, I love learning. Some would point to more ancient peoples and try to point to their dietary patterns as a model for today based upon the concept of "ancestral diet", but in my opinion they often miss two points: 1) without food choices, a species will naturally eat whatever is geographically available to keep them alive long enough to breed (species survival), and 2) the proper dietary pattern for a species looking to maximize both life-span and health-span is the one that provides the greatest chance of aging with vitality while minimizing risk of acute and chronic illness. Anyway, thanks to all involved for bringing us this presentation!
This is all fine, but the paleo tribe will be unconvinced about the time line....they talk about millions of years ago. The irony is that you guys have gone back a few hundred years back and got it that whole food plant based is the optimal diet
It's just Biology 101, man. Humans do not have the digestive system for eating animals, which is why eating animals causes such a long list of different ailments, diseases, and death.
Primitive homosapien primates have been evolving since the Miocene era. A few million years is less than 10% of human evolution. We do not hone any anatomical and physiological adaptions to eat decaying flesh, mother cow/goat lactation breast milk for her calf turned dairy products, and period eggs of female birds.
@@monicasong427 What are period eggs of birds? Chickens don't have a uterus, so there's no endometrium and no periodic shedding of it, so there is no period in birds.
The Cretans consumed the highest amounts of olive oil and had the lowest cardiovascular illness levels in Europe studies showed. You cant ignore these facts .
The medical profession is a mess. One medic says one thing another says the opposite on so many issues. Same with dietary advice and the food industry. One only has to take a look at the average US citizen - Says it all - Far too dependent on Allopathic medicine - These so called experts live in a bubble focussed on sickness not health
You've interviewed the wrong doctor with the wrong information,I live in southeast asia, coconut milk is used always for every dish and goodies, how it is made not by cooking, they grate coconut flesh then pour some lukewarm water, mix and it 's strained through a sieve
So, some of those decades-long fruitarians are just ‘spinning stories’? They are not evidence that fruitarian diet works for some people? Because they go against what you ‘’know’?
I eat black beans morning and night, every day. Always canned, no salt added, usually organic, at Walmart for about 88 cents/can. Mix about half cup beans with 1/4 cup organic no salt corn, 1/4 cup no salt diced tomatoes, microwave 90 seconds, pour on top of microwaved medium red potato. Garnish with black pepper, red pepper, powdered garlic, balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp low sodium bbq sauce.
Wow terrific. My wife sees this video and immediately bans all cereal from the household. All of it. No more nutritional benefits for the kids, no more breakfast-is-the-most-important-meal-of-the-day. She's seen videos now that calls orange juice dangerous, milk is bad, butter is bad, bread has GMO or high fructose corn syrup. When are you quacks going to quit? Until we have nothing to eat at all? Great going doc, just GRRRReat.
Chef AJ your videos are very informative and very interesting. I have learned a lot from them. I have learned things I didn't even know. I am a daughter of a farmer my grandpa was a farmer and I didn't know any of this.
Thank you so much for valuable info. There were a few gaps in my knowledge base and this filled it in. I appreciate this soooo much. I adopted the WFPB and have been able to half my metformin in short period of time (12 weeks). I will get the other half of metformin gone too. I have been type 2 diabetic for 12 years. It astounds me that no medical professional told me any of this information not the diabetic nutritionist either in this entire 12 years!!!! I stumbled on WFPB by googling!!! It also took me being involved in a research trial with PCRM and getting much needed support over the 12 week trial. Again thank you for this information!!!!!
