We have to take into account that a single witness who swears on oath is not remotely enough evidence to prove someone's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Anyone can just lie and falsify stories.
there are alot of violations that the person who threw the water bottle at Mike Tyson did, he should not have had a bottle of liquid it endagers everyone not only Mike Tyson, also nobody knows if the person had some sort of sexual transmitted disease and how he may have been acting towards Mike Tyson (olympic gold medalist) before the interaction

This is literally the only video that makes sense of a trial. I’m doing a mock trial next week and I’m the accuser and representing my home room class, me and my co-lawyer have been stressing out all week and I’ve sent this video to her and now we are currently working on memorizing the scripts. I’ll edit this when the trial is over and say what happened <3

Maybe someone can answer a question Workmen’s Compensation if someone has video do they have to tell you they got video or can they spring it on you the last second and I asked my work do you have video evidence of my accident and they say no now when I go to court are they going to spring it on me the last minute If there’s video evidence I would like to look at it and see how it could help my case
