Maybe someone can answer a question Workmen’s Compensation if someone has video do they have to tell you they got video or can they spring it on you the last second and I asked my work do you have video evidence of my accident and they say no now when I go to court are they going to spring it on me the last minute If there’s video evidence I would like to look at it and see how it could help my case
How do you enter evidence in a lawsuit that never makes it to trial. The 2 parties would just write back and fourth between lawyers. The judge would see the different answers and the judge would make the decision. How is that fair the judge said my mom and I lose but we never got to enter our evidence. I don't get it. please help
