the one thing i hate about console is that you can’t edit road patterns and the exits on highways can’t be less than 45deg from the highway so they look super sharp instead of gradual

Yes I had this problem with not enaugh buyers but only at it cluster and industrial 4.0 zone. I did build It next to an train cargo station but they don’t export it, place more commercial too don’t fix it, only delete this region. At normal office buildings this problem don’t happens. 2/3 of my city is a office zone because I don’t have any industrial after deleting Industrie 4.0. Build more it cluster or industrial 4.0 zone will trigger that problem at both types. And why they don’t export I don’t know, even when I build a ship cargo.
You're very good at vanilla console respect! I'm still not a big fan that i got this on console. alignment tools trying to get benches or trees in the precise place is annoying and we take longer then needed:( straight up annoying. Luckily you can use mouse and keyboard, but im sure you share the same feeling that it's a frustrating experience when you see some people abusing mods on pc😅. Also not having the option to use terrain height while using the terraforming tool or when building roads to avoid weird slopes makes it so much more effort. Im playing in a tropical map and just try my best to make something decent but I just have to deal with imperfections on console
fill or empty is NEVER needed for your industry. unless you want to micromanage the industry all day long. if you set it to fill. and the warehouse fills up. it's like not having the warehouse at all. same thing with empty. if you set it to empty and the warehouse drains to empty. then it again is like you don't have a warehouse at all. BECAUSE THEY SIMPLY STOP FUNCTIONING AT THAT POINT. now i don't know about your city. but filling up or emptying doesn't take hours. infact it doesn't even take many minutes. so again. unless you want to sit there constantly switching between fill and empty it's worthless using them. and what you are doing is just balancing it yourself. might aswel just have them set to balanced and let them do it automaticly. plop an extra one down if needed and just forget about it. see this here. 04:50 no. just absolutely no. there might already be a truck on it's way to supply that end user but it's just stuck in traffic. and now you are going to make traffic even worse by sending more trucks out to EXPORT because that's what they are actually going to do with it. what you actually want to do. is build one closer to the end user so their trucks don't have to travel as far.
Guys I can't seem to be able to place any extractor building anywhere....it keeps saying "not in industry area" or "must be placed roadside"....What do I do?
Is this remastered? Having a major issue with alternate city service buildings not showing up in inventory. You can't switch it via building styles in district tab either. Mad annoying 🤦♂️ about to go back to xbone version smh
First of all: absolutely amazing build! But I am a bit confused, it says console, it says vanilla, but I see parts I do not have on PS5.. like the buildings at 0:20 or the big building at 2:00 How is that??
Thank you so much. At 0:20, the buildings at the background is the Gherkin, part of the base game. The tall tower is part of Pearl of The Orient. The building at foreground is part of the High-Tech Buildings DLC. The building at 2:00 is included in Heart of Korea DLC. You should have these buildings if you have the DLC.
In the base game, it is under the Leisure tab, the Other Parks. There are other parking lots also if you have the Mid-Century Modern or the Railroads of Japan.
I am no good in playing CS1 on console but when I see ur videos I was inspired to be a better builder. Most on YT who are playing CS are doing it on PC, though this build is 2 years ago I hope you could still post videos playing CS on console. Great job!!

as a console player, I fell inspired by your city. I even made a list of ideas to do in my city while a was seeing your video. That comercial buildings with amusement park features is incredible
