I've heard from inside sources 4 years ago, and I still have some info that hasn't been directed to CS 2. They predicted shopping malls and parking lots and much more, which were added in CS 1 and were confirmed features in CS 2 (like the addition of modes added into the base game). 2 of these leaks that are not officially confirmed yet are "country mode" and "expert mode": Country mode is where you can build multiple normal-sized cities (not confirmed one map or multiple for country mode) in a country that has a capital, make a flag (most likely same way desiging your airlines/airplanes and hotels in CS 1), and a trading system with other AI foreign countries. Expert mode takes things to a new level by adding construction into the game, which we saw a bunch in the first CS 1 trailer. Building roads will take 5 minutes, and small roundabouts (confirmed in CS 2) will take 10. It has not confirmed how much time for buildings yet (we did see construction stopping than continuing in the first trailer).
