Like serious, I would spend the whole day eating!! And I looked anorexic!!! I even stopped doing cardio because I thought that it would help! IT DIDN'T. i've watched bruce parry tribe, he travels all over the world and lives with indigenous tribes for a few weeks at a time, they predominantly eat meat, insects, tubers, sago ( starch from the sago tree ), raw milk, honey and very rarely they find a fruit tree..and to note, there is no cancer or diabetes.. also if sweet/acidic fruit was our natural diet, why does it erode and rot the teeth if you don't use a tooth brush, it doesn't make sense for us to be eating sugar all day in the jungles and savannahs when we didn't have tooth brushes back then..there is new science within zoo's where they are having to limit fruit to monkeys and other animals because it causing them tooth decay.. this hybrid fruit is not found in nature..

Thanks for sharing Ted, thought you made some great points. Joey seems like a chill guy and I wish him the best. He’s clearly searching for what he thinks is “the optimal diet”. @@JackWonders-g4z they are definitely important elements. Often people fixate on the diet alone, to the detriment of the rest of their health. From my experience, if one is looking to feel their best, a fully raw diet is great, but I must stress the importance of good quality fruit + including greens (unless the quality is exceptional).

I was vegan for 12 years, and raw vegan / fruitarian for 18 months, about 6 years ago, living on a mango farm at the time in Australia, the quality was the best of the best, and we grew other fruits, on side plots... It didn't work for me after a some time, I've followed Ted for about 8 years, I found him the smartest of the vegan crew, and the least judgemental and ahead of most fitness, business, health, happiness wise.. I still follow him now, although I'm not a vegan anymore. Diet is definitely one part of the puzzle, you just have to look at train wrecks like Durianrider and Sv3rige to see that...
Fruit is king, but where is fruit at when u look outside. I have fruitarian and carnivore experience. Both work, fruit is better because meat is heavy and you’ll have to eat it tommoro and it doesn’t fine tune the body, fruit has an awesome affect on the intra cellular. Feels wayyy better. Meat is like earth fruit is like heaven 🤷🏾♂️
When will we accept the fact that some races of people will thrive on a carnivore diet and others will thrive on a fruitarian diet. We are not all the same…see what works for you.
No one is going to thrive on a carnivore diet as they age. Most people trying it are very young and impressionable, after all, people in their twenties can thrive on crystal meth and cocaine too. Older individuals promoting this diet often misrepresent their true eating habits or health status, likely driven by financial gains. Trusting oneself is crucial. I adopted a vegan lifestyle in high school, a few decades later, I am still doing well with blood work to prove I am not deficient or anything. As Ted mentioned, diet is just one component of overall health. Without addressing other lifestyle factors, your health will inevitably suffer.
We will never full scale accept that belief because all humans (regardless of assumed race) are more similar than different. Our differences are mostly due to genetic damage. More animals in the diet = shorter lifespan & greater risks across the board for the leading causes of death worldwide (heart disease, atherosclerosis/cardiovascular disease & various cancers & more). More fruit in the diet = increased lifespan & less likelihood of health issues (including the heart disease, cardiovascular disease, arteriosclerosis, cancer & more).
How are we not all the same? The human race have the exact same Internal organs and Disgestive system designed to Thrive on Fruit and leafy greens. All species have specific digestive systems to match their specific diet.
Many other factors at play in health. You can find fruitarians as well as carnivores thriving or in ill health. What is more important is your state of mind.
What he did was extreme. His body his choice. Nothing in extremity is good. Our body needs water and food, proper food. Also it depends what blood type you are. If you are blood type A then you can be a vegetarian. If you are blood type O you must eat red meat 3x week, small portions.
I know 99% of these raw guys have some kind of bug or allergy for few foods for years and then their gut is in dysbiosis meaning they cannot digest most of the foods that normal humans can digest and then they get into eating disorder with very low muscle mass and just drinking sugar fructose...thinking it will heal them, they need to do long fast and do allergy test very hard and experiment with different foods...if only fructose was good all Olympics athletes sumo wrestlers mma and all other strongmen would be fruitarians which is not the case in reality!!!
