yea, until the thing no longer turns on, the battery goes dead, the electronic are garbage. theres no support, you can email them and maybe they'll get back to you. you might as well burn $300!!!
I hate the fact, Evercross put off-road tires on the newer H9. I bet when I get mine the ride isn't going to be as smooth even on smooth roads because of the off-road tires. It's not an off-road quality scooter (H9) so it was zero need for those kind of tires.
