Welcome to my Polish food blog's video channel! Here, I share memories of growing up in Poland in the 80s and 90s, and Polish food and customs patiently kept alive at my Polish-American home. I’m not a professional chef, just a home cook influenced by years of listening, watching and tasting, who's constantly craving flavors and smells of home. Join my network of friends and stay in touch with your roots through my stories.

In Iran we have a dish called Kotlet which are meat and potato patties, floured and then fried. I wonder if their origin came from Polish refugees who came to Iran during the war.
We have a really similar soup in north east England except we use a lightly smoked or just cured ham shan or hock. Am going to buy your book, love your videos, all the recipes work out so well
I really enjoy the recipes of polish foods. I waiting for your cookbooks and will try them. I think polish food is fun to make and I enjoy seeing people enjoying the food I cook
Hello to you both, Always enjoyed your videos and real Polish home cooking instructions. Can you please list out your tour stops? Thanks, Chicago Chris
I live in Northern IL between Milwaukee and Chicago and would love to meet you two. What festivals are you planning on coming to in WI or IL ? I'm 5 minutes from the WI border by the Fox Chain O Lakes. How do I find out your touring schedule? Is it posted on your website?
See you in Milwaukee I’m heading out Saturday and Will be there all next week Driving from Dallas to the hometown …Olde Polish Southside of Milwaukee….
My entire family is Polish and this brings back memories from the 60s and 70s when we'd all get together for the holidays and make these along with pierogis, halushki, duck's blood soup, kielbassa with horseradish sauce, and hot sausage. Yummy. All older recipes from Warsaw and Kraków.
Lovely video. Containers are a nice price. In poland do people usually get their plate stolen when you give someone a plate of food? It happens to me a lot here and most in the States.
Southside jimmy K here- those Kabanosy sausages in milwaukee are called 'hunter's sausage . The best sausage maker in the city was European sausage mart, he also had a sausage called "Polish delights",they were very garlicky and he wraps them in butcher's paper, I could never get more than 2 blocks away from is shop and had to tear the wrapper off ,looked like a rube driving down the street, gnawing on that sausage!
